Fine experience with nice helpful staff. So many different assortments to choose from I was like a kid in a candy store.
I don’t ever write bad reviews but this one deserved it….1) we asked for 4 frozen coffees. they said they can’t because the blender is broken2) so we said 2 iced coffees. when we pulled to the front, she hands us 13.) i ask, “where is the second one” and she said, “you only ordered one”4.) “Well, can i get the second one?” and she said, “you have to pull back around and get back in line”5.) I didn’t get a receipt so I was like, “how much did i even pay” and she said, “$3 something”6.) so we left disappointedabsolutely horrible drive thru worker with zero customer servicegeneral booth dunkin, 8:10am, receipt #334 6/2/22.
My order is never correct, they are always out of something and sometimes they don’t tell me they’re out of what I ordered they just leave it out of the bag. I always place mobile orders and sometimes is always wrong? I don’t blame the workers I feel like this is a management problem and they need to do better.
Worst customer experience ever! Drive through attending says you can't pick out donuts from drive-thru nowhere is it stated outside. Inside counterattainment rude 9:00 in the morning sold out of a variety of donuts.
I arrive to the store 20 minutes before they closed so I can place an order to take home with me. I walked to the front door and realized they locked the store down 20 minutes prior to closing not very professional. When they saw me at the door all they did was walk to the back of the store and ignored me.
I mean yeah they could be “nicer” but in the morning they’re just trying to get people in and out as quick as possible. I’m the mornings they are wild fast, I never have to worry about budgeting in time. They gave my order as soon as I pull up to the window each time.
No customer service. No one behind me and they can't add a medium coffee on to my order.Shame on them.Tried them again.....old donuts, no selection, could not pick our own dozen ( pre selected) out of the drinks we wanted. Was told to go to the one 10 minutes away if I wanted a selection of donuts.Sad for this great location. Think I'll put a Krispy Kreme across the street!
So nice when ordering at the drive thru... The intercom is really clear, the staff member taking the order was friendly and helpful as was the team member at the window. Excellent job guys! Thank you! ?
Believe it when they say customer service is terrible. Lady taking the order was incredibly rude at 8 am, for what? Okay no Jelly doughnuts no problem. No hot chocolate... okayyy... weird. No other milk for the drinks? Like come on. Tell me what you do have. Biggest waste of 10$. We will go to starbucks next time.
Bagels were not visible like donuts are. Asked is had any bagels - told yes. Ok. Asked what kind - told all. Ok aren’t you a wealth of information.
