The food smells and taste like plastic at this particular Dunkin.
The last 3 visits I was told Bavarian creme were sold out. At least this last time they made me a fresh one. Another item I ordered was also "sold out" and I asked to substitute it for the roasted tomato avocado toast. When asked to pull out front, I complied. Disappointment came when I compared the size of the breads of the two pieces of toast. The young lady explained to me it was a normal liaf of bread and that pieces near the end are naturally smaller. Duh! But I asked if it was fresh made and no other customer in-between getting the avocado toast, why the two inch difference? She offered to have the manager come out to talk to me and remake it, to which I agreed to. Quickly another employee brought my over cooked hash browns and right behind him a young woman brought the new toast and then ran inside and LOCKED THE DOOR!!! I found this to be rude as all she did was shove the box thru my window without any verbal exchange, and literally ran back inside. Oh well!
This place sucks, so slow. Drive thru line all the way to the street constantly. Honestly, no idea why it takes this long to make coffee. It’s really frustrating. Once up at window you see everyone standing around and no one seems to know what to do. Just give us grumpy people our coffees!!!
Slow would be an upgrade. Why they don’t open the lobby with the absolute worst drive through set up is obnoxious.
I come here daily....everyday it gets worse. NEVER THE DONUTS YOU WANT...THE DRINKS NEVER TASTE THE SAME EITHER....I'm no longer going....I'd be embarrassed to say I owned this place.
My go to Dunkin. Especially with it being these covid times - they are always very clean and sanitary. They always get my order right in a timely fashion.
I drove my daughter to Dunkin Doughnuts because she loves the coffee and bacon bites.
I just love there ice latte Carmel an there sweet bacon an glaze donuts.
Went in the afternoon and they had plenty of fresh donuts. Employees were very busy but very nice. Will go there again!
Terrible Service. Ordered a Caramel Swirl Latte, gave me a Caramel Craze with cinnamon on top (which I can't have). I asked for a remake because I can't have cinnamon and watched her scrape the whipped cream off and try to pass it off as a new drink. When I asked her she admitted to doing this and when I explained again I CANNOT have cinnamon at all she gave an attitude and told me a would have to pull out of the driveway, and the wait would be a while for a new drink. So I asked for a refund instead and just left without my coffee. It was a sad day but if she just remade it the first time like I asked... Didn't even apologize. The Starbucks around the corner was MUCH BETTER!
