This is my 'Usual Store'. The Staff are great. I don't know who these other chumps are talking about, when it comes to service being slow or 'rude'...All I have to say is, 'What's up, Doc?', and they know my Order. Always correct, Never a long wait, and ALWAYS respectful. Been coming to this store daily for over a year now, and no sign I'll stop either.
Not quite walking distance from my usual hotel, but gas ain't that expensive (yet). Easy drive. Fast, friendly and open!
Don't go here.. short dark haired girl at the window had an attitude.. likes to cuss out the customers and call them names even tho the order was wrong... we did not even get a receipt so we know her name? February 24, 2022 at 3:15pm
Dunkin' donut just seems to have generic and fake filling in their donuts. It's a no for me??
Unfortunately I regularly get incorrect orders at this location.
The coffee was delicious and the service was fine (I've read other reviews saying that it was less than stellar) but I found it to be fine. The doughnut was...stale. It was an apple cider doughnut. So cake doughnuts are alittle different but this was just not good...at all. It was stale, there is just no way around it - it was dry, very crumbly just not good. I was very disappointed. I've had other cake doughnuts from Dunkin but just yuk this one was a Bummer because I REALLY wanted it to be good, but truthfully the little packages of doughnuts in the convenience store next to them would have been better. My dog, who loves all things doughnut wouldn't eat it. ?♀️ sorry Dunkin, ya need to do better on the apple cider.
I stopped coming here for a few years, because the staff was unprofessional, with snarky attitudes. I returned, only to realize things haven't changed. It's still 3-4 childish unprofessional, unsupervised kids standing around joking, looking at each other, and messing up orders. I will make it 3 years before I consider returning. You can not say you weren't warned.
Service was meh. Didn't get what we ordered and had to go in the store to fix the issue. Food was good once we received the correct order
Literally the worst Dunkin ever, incredibly slow and always has signs up telling you what they don't have, generally it's their main items that people order.
I use to go to this DD so much. I stopped going their employees are sooooo RUDE. you order through the drive thru and it’s like they rush you. I’ve gone up to the window and they’ve rushed me that they’ve dropped my debit card out the window with my food. They use to be my favorite and ever since they reconstructed the place i dont know what happened. Gave them another chance and they gave me one bag and I thought I was done and I said have a great day and he goes “wait we’re still waiting for your food” horrible communication. Then when he gets the other bag of food he says “you can leave now” every employee here seems to hate their job. ABSOLUTELY RUDE!!!! And if you order a big order they won’t be happy about it either.
