The worst! Omg! I’ve been sitting in the drive thru with one person in front of me for 14 min. These people are the slowest people and this is exactly why I stopped coming here. Thought I would give it another try and this happened. It’s always like this. Unbelievable. They just lost everyone in line. There was not one car in parking lot so why they never took anyones order….. the worst EVER!I called the the location and asked them if the drive thru was working. She had her head set died and that’s why she helped nobody in line for over 15 min.

I live very close and come often. It used to be uncomfortable to come here, but it’s gotten so much better over the last few months. I appreciate that they take the time to remember my name and my orders. I have waited a while on busy days, but I am very patient and would never come to a busy place if I didn’t have the extra time on my hands. My coffee and food are always good as well. I hope that people will give it a chance for their own personal experience, despite many negative reviews.

Every time I come to this location I always need to turn around or park because they didn't get the order correct. At this point I'll be driving all the way to the military location because they have never messed up my order. Closer location to my home but obviously that doesn't matter when everytime they messing up my orders. They never show any empathy to wasting my time or that they messed up. I literally hate this location.

My friend and I were there to pick up my special ordered winter wonderland cake from caravelle while there because the business is shared with Dunkin' donuts we decided to order some donuts. My friend ordered a chocolate covered which she enjoyed I ordered my good old time favorite French Cruller. Well unfortunately the reason why I stopped purchasing French Crullers when Dunkin' donuts years ago became a franchise because the texture of the French Crullerler was no longer light and fluffy on the inside but instead somewhat dry and to me the French Cruller was untasty again during this purchase time. I will not unfortunately be ordering donuts from Dunkin' donuts in the future.

I placed a to go order. Once I drove away, I realized that the coffee was lukewarm and the donuts were not fresh, but the customer service was great.

Ordered 2 plain donuts. Sat in line for over 20 minutes only to be told they didn't have what I ordered. This is absolutely the WORST Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. If you don't have any of what I ordered tell me before I spend 20 minutes in a drive thru that you can't get out of. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Worst Dunkin I’ve been too in this area! Got a large iced coffee and large hot coffee paid $10 and both coffees were made wrong after waiting in the drive thru forever! Last time I buy coffee here better off at the gas station making my own for half the price!

Horrible customer service, specially the young skinny messy looking african American gentleman that unfortunately was working on the drive through.Rude, condescending and unapologetic, English is my second language and I know that I have an accent but.....I'm able to communicate extremely well....he kept telling me that he couldn't understand me and kept dismissing me......I asked for the manager and he refused to get him, I asked for the managers business card or phone number and he told me to Google it.....is that really how we treat people nowadays?......extremely disappointed.

The worst Dunkin in Virginia Beach, hands down. I live and work near this location so I’ve had my fair share of experience with this particular store. Where do I begin? The customer service is non-existent. I understand that many places are understaffed, but that’s no excuse to have a bad attitude towards customers. I tried to get the attention of one of the workers for my pick up order (all of them had their backs turned to me and wouldn’t acknowledge me.) After I asked for my to go order and provided them with my name after standing there for roughly 3-4 minutes, the rude employee told me to “hold on for a minute” “you can see that we’re busy.” The second time I ordered ahead I placed my order at 4:50 pm for ONE latte. When I got there at 5:10 pm, my order hadn’t even been made… their ear piece is broken when you order at the drive-thru so you practically have to yell and repeat your order numerous times. One employee began to curse and scream over the mike when I was attempting to order one day (he wasn’t cursing at me, but was frustrated with the mike.) I found it a bit unprofessional, but this has been an ongoing issue for MONTHS and the owner refuses to replace it. The drive-thru lines are horrendous, even when there’s not many patrons in line buckle in to wait at least 20-30 minutes in some instances. They are constantly out of items (this was pre-pandemic.) 99% of the time my food turns out cold and my coffee is rather disgusting for lack of better terms. They shut down their “food station” at 6pm, unlike other Dunkins in the area. The list could go on and on. If you want bad service poor food and drinks, and long waits, this place is for you! If not try the Princess Anne location, they are much better. This location should do better, but unfortunately, they never will…
