You cannot get a good iced coffee in this state. There isn't enough ice, it's overly sweet, it's too light. A shot is used with sweetener a swirl already has sugar. This makes a difference.
I ordered a medium iced coffee with 3 pumps of coconut flavoring, 3 liquid cane sugar, with almond milk and got a MD coffee with 3 Caramel Swirl pumps, 33 Liquid Cane Sugar and Coconut milk. My MD hot Chai Latte with an espresso shot was very cold. My 25 Assorted Munchkins were not assorted at all. And my double shot espresso over ice with oat milk came with almond milk. I am very disappointed for the $30 I spent for everything to come out wrong. At the counter after I paid, she even gave me another persons drink, which I returned. I will not be returning to this location, as it was very much the WORST dunkin experience I have ever encountered. Dunkin website also won’t let me use my survey code to review.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They got my order wrong again!! How can u miss the cheese on every one or the 4 bacon egg And cheese croissants?When I finally reach someone on the phone (as I was already home when I noticed)...James very rudely chuckles and says 'what are we supposed to do about it then'. I say credit me and give me my order right for free next time I'm there...or something for your mistake. He tells me I have to prove to them and bring the food. I said I am home I can take photos. He says nope, you need to drive back and show us. I said that is ridiculous...and click he HUNG Up on me. Mind you he didn't let me speak to a manager. Mind you they were laughing ,with each other while taking my order, couldn't decide if they had what I was ordering. Horrible service during and after my visit. Will never go again to this location.
I never seen a dunk in donuts run so poorly I have been here a few times after work where I will be looking in the store to one person a girl with colorful hair moving with gusto to get the seemingly 5-6 car line out while the short stubby manager makes no effort to help her employees my 75 year old mother asked for just a water just to get a rude response (the 711 is open )! -_- all around terrible place and I hope Dunkin Donuts does a investigation into how this store is being allowed to run like this

Very bad coffee and inexperienced staff. Making great coffee is a skill which is exactly what is lacked here.
Nice, patient staff. Portions are getting smaller people! We were warned this would happen... increased prices and decreased Portion sizes. Definitely feeling it more in the wallet and less in the belly.
The manager is terrible and needs training and they feel it’s okay to not give receipts and when you address it .The think they will talk over you. I’ve already called corporate! I will never go back !
I used to love this dunking donuts, their staff were all grown mature people working there, (adults). But when Spring and Summer seasons hit and the young generation of hires arrive. Their demeanor and attitudes as if I am wasting their time by choosing more than 1 item selection from the menu. I can literally hear the huffing and puffing of "IS THAT IT" repeatedly with frustrating, as if I am doing something wrong. I felt like I was back on Wall Street during morning rush hour but there were NO cars behind me!!!!!!!! Uncalled for aggression.
