I never leave reviews but this was a really bad experience. I went in and had to use the bathroom before ordering because we were driving for a while. I’m in the bathroom dealing with girl problems and an employee starts banging on the door and comes in. She didn’t even apologize for unlocking the door and coming in even though I said someone was in there. I proceed to come out and sit because there was a huge line and it was my first time ever in a Dunkin so I wanted to take a look at the menu first. That same employee yells at me on a very rude tone asking if I’m going to order I said yes I will. I don’t even have time to get up that she asks again rudely and everyone is just staring at me and my bf. We decided to leave because I didn’t feel comfortable ordering when I’m being yelled at by an employee. Anyways over all very bad experience idk if she just had a bad day but whatever.
The birdneck road location is constantly bringing up the wrong order (so they swipe my card twice and I have to wait 3 to 10 days for the refund of them ringing in the wrong order)... Most fast food restaurants say the total or the order before swiping your card but this location is usually gossiping with their co-workers and not paying attention. Not only do they ring up the wrong order on your debit card but they are handing you the wrong order, never offering a receipt, always making the drinks wrong, and when you try to complain to the manager they give you an attitude and yell and deny giving your money back. This is by far the worst location to go to. They are hiring rude employees that don't care about their job nor do they care about customer service nor do they care about accuracy. The donuts are always dry like they are old and the iced coffee taste watered down. It amazes me how poor of a service you experience with all of the employees. There is a section 8 apartment complex within walking distance, it wouldn't surprise me if that is who they hired. There's a manager that is over 40 years old and she acts like she is 19 in the hood. I seen The 40-Year-Old management eating donuts in the location where she should be serving customers, that is very uncleanly there should be a designating break in room to break.
I ordered an iced coffee and a donut. The cashier that rang me up was wearing gloves. She took my cash and gave me my change, with gloves in. She got my donut with the SAME gloves! How disgusting! Money is filthy! I asked her to change her gloves and get me a new donut. This location needs to be trained.
i’ve gone to this location multiple times and every time i get the same thing. i ask them to put extra matcha powder in my drink so it doesn’t just taste like milk and they never do. also, this is the third time i’ve gotten my food and it was barely warm at all. i love dd but this is ridiculous
This place was extremely rude and disrespectful. We are deaf and they got our order wrong. Refused to work with us to get corrected. Any other place would have just given us the correct coffee. This place ended up calling the police. Disrespectful.
Two women in the drive thru absolutely horrible attitudes. Rolling eyes from the beginning. Talking trash when they brought my coffee out. Disgusting. ?
I wish I got dudes name, but he was very upbeat and all smiles. You can tell he enjoyed his job and even more enjoyed making his customers happy. Coffee was hot and delicious made just as I asked, and the muffins and munchkins were fresh. Shout out to that dude, your humor and enthusiasm made my day!!!
I Went to Dunkin’ Donuts off of S. Birdneck Rd. and the people in the drive-through are absolutely rude and disrespectful
Good a good size coffee and good donut
Don’t have attitude at the window when taking an order then when get the order wrong and I ask to fix it, you get even more of one. Fix yourself or don’t work at a place you don’t enjoy.
