Twice my boyfriend and I have gone to this Dunkin location when vacationing at the oceanfront, each time the lobby has been closed. The first time we placed a mobile order, and staying at a hotel a block a way we walked. Only to arrive to a locked door, that a man mopping would not open yet stared right at us. I then called and the phone rang and rang, we walked around to the drive thru and had to knock on the window. The girl opened it and we told her we placed a mobile order, I also stated how I called and no one was answering, i literally had my phone still on the line calling and could hear no ringing inside like they silenced the ringer. She stated they were busy and couldn't answer. We were the ONLY two customers.Our second trip a month later and they no longer accept mobile orders. So again we walked to place our order inside, only to get there and read a note on the door stating lobby is only open until 9:30 am, and drive thru only available to those driving or on a bike. Who wants to drive a block, when they can walk from the boardwalk? Needless to say we will never go there again and they are losing A LOT of business by closing their lobby with so much foot traffic at the ocean front. We took our money elsewhere to Duck Donuts, who were AMAZING. Wouldnt even rate this one star if i didnt have to in order to post.
Extremely rude teenagers work the drive thru… Was more interested in schooling us in the difference between a Starbucks branded coffee versus what they had there. In the process of doing this, they forgot my daughters order of a simple chocolate iced donut we had to then turn around and go back only to find out that they had not included a receipt in the bag, so wound up paying for it twice. Seemed irritated, that we even asked for a receipt, no apologies..Still not sure we weren’t overcharged for what we did receive.
Wow! The people were so kind and friendly. The peach passionfruit refresher is so so good. And i reccomend it to anyone that will lend me their ear lol. My visit was quick, easy, and lovely (:
Ordered a dark toasted onion bagel with xtra cream cheese recd a plain bagel not toasted with no cream cheese. How can someone do that? I called to inform the manager so she could correct the employee but she told me everyone is doing each job she has no way of knowing who did it unless she goes back and checks their camera. No accountability, smh Will never attend this Dunkin’ Donuts
Went here while on vacay after Duck Donuts closed early... Super friendly and quick service. Donuts were fresh (after 1pm) and both drinks ordered were made exactly as ordered.
Great donuts...good service...the hot chocolate ? need more chocolate
Don’t bother with this place if you are hungry, just stick to coffee. Bad enough that the so called “bagels” they serve you for $2 something were just picked out of the frozen bread area at grocery for .75 a bag, They are half the size of their donuts. Don’t bother ordering it toasted either. The employees don’t have enough common sense to know the difference between toasted and something hot and soggy. Dear employees, HINT….just because you put something in a toaster for 20 seconds does not mean that it is toasted, and you should worry more about your customers than congregating talking about your Nissan Rogue and White SUV. All around a waist of time walking and money spent…….
Absolutely absurd that this dinning room it not opening for walking in orders. This is a beach town where most people are on foot. Losing business left and right I'm sure. In the 5 mins I was there 10 people had to walk away. And to top it off no mobile orders either. I hope your place goes out of business. Do not order from here!
In 2021 where the service is pretty bad at most places, I wanted to shout out this DD location. We went there 3 times during our VA beach vacation and they were friendly and efficient. Our orders were always correct and the line moved quickly even when busy!
