Highly NOT recommended. Every swallow of my drink was straight sugar. If you like sugary drinks with a side of coffee by all means come here! ? had this experience 3 times. Also my plain bagel mini’s tasted like they were cooked with barbecue ribs lol what the heck.Ordered my chai latte at 8:55am, tasted it on my way to work and instantly choked by the amount of sugar I ingested. Called and the manager said I can come back for another one, I stated I was almost to work which is about 25 mins from the store, told them I would come back that afternoon and get a new drink.. he wanted to know right THEN what other drink did I want.. umm how am I supposed to know lol, so I said I’ll take a refund instead. He stated “she needs to come back by 11 then”. I don’t get off work until 4pm, definitely not doable, and told them I’ll be there that afternoon.I come to get a refund, and no manger is there. Told me I have to come back TOMORROW morning for my refund. The manager only works until 11am, God forbid the staff may need a task done that needs to be done by a manger. VERY INCONVENIENT AND EXTREMELY INCONSIDERATE.
If I could 0 stars I would. Attitude for days. Wrong order, too much to ask for a straw. Id fire the whole staff and start fresh with training. You chose your job, if you don't like it find another one.
Polite employees, clean inside. Coffees, hot and iced were awful and the egg bites tasted like chemicals. None of us drank the coffees and we were heading out of town for the week so they went in the trash at the rest area next time we stopped. Wasted $12.
Used to be the best coffee in the area. Now they don’t pay attention to the order, just make it the same way as the original. You ask for one cream and one sugar, you’ll get 3 of each. If you get decaf, you’ll get a third cup of coffee grinds in it. Today was my last day giving them more chances. The only thing going for them are the courteous workers but whoever is fixing the orders either can’t read or do not care to.
Ordered a bacon croissant breakfast sandwich & paid $3 for extra bacon & got 2 small cut pieces of bacon. U gotta pay extra for what u want but never get what u pay for.
I always go to this one because their coffee is always fresh and taste better than the other ones in the area.
Absolutely horrible. Told her very plainly how I would like my iced coffee and she gave me the wrong size as well as did not do as requested . I don't know why, but the Hampton Roads area loves to hire country bumpkins who have no sense of excellence or quality to their jobs,crafts or lives in general. Do not go here!!

One of the few dunkins that is quick and accurate with their orders. Everytime I've come here they have been super polite and nice.
Drive thu line is always long and slow. The lobby doors are still locked so that doesn't help
