This place used too be my go to. I would come to this location faithfully everyday. But lately the service has been trash. Today I ran across an employee that was extremely rude for no reason. Her response was “was were sold out, out!” No suggestions of anything else I could get or nothing. Again I’m extremely disappointed because I spend a lot of money at this location for such poor service. But moving forward I will not be returning.
I order the hummus and avocado roasted tomato toast. When I opened both boxes, they both had no tomatoes.
Dunkin on princess Anne is my favorite they are always so nice and happy make you feel like your with friends go there every afternoon before work for my coffee would recommend this place to anyone
They wouldn’t give my dog a cup of whipped cream at the drive thru window and now he is sad :(
WORST DUNKIN’ EVER!Horrendous terrible service! Would 100% not recommend coming to this Dunkin’! These two grown men were serving me through the drive through today and couldn’t stop laughing and screaming at me.
Low rating due to customer service. Per associate at drive thru on 11/18 at 8am it is the company's policy that the customer is not able to add anything to their order at the drove thru window if they forgot an item at the intercom. This may be annoying to do but to not allow the additional item to the order is ridiculous.
They don't have jelly Donuts anymore so will go elsewhere
