The Donuts are always delicious. The staff is friendly. The wait time isn't too long and we'll worth the wait. If you want fresh, premium donuts cooked to order. This is the go to place.
I’m blown away on my first visit to Duck Donuts! It’s astronomically different to any other donut place I’ve been to.There are no shelves of available donuts. Every single order is made after being placed. A machine churns out the plain vanilla base donut. Each of these then go through a dunk base coat, sprinkled toppings, and a finishing drizzle - depending on what you ordered, and completely customizable.We went with a traditional dozen for later. We also had a bacon egg and cheese, and a couple of donut sundaes, for eating at the store. Every one of them was exquisite!
This is the first time we tried the bagel sandwiches from Duck Donuts, we are originally from NC. The sandwiches and our drinks were fine. The girl that gave us our drinks was very sweet. I would have given a better review but the young woman that took our order and made our food was the one that dragged this review down.She had a bad attitude from the start of taking our order and kept saying “is that it?” In the middle of our drive thru ordering and she seemed more irritated as we ordered for 3 people. Then when we said thank you, she did not respond. So we had to repeat “thank you!” And she responded back, still with an attitude “you’re welcome”. She eventually gave us our food and in the meantime we were looking at her to make sure she would not mess with it. Initially she gave us our food and rushed us off, slamming the drive thru window in our face. We called her back to the window and we said that she needed to work on her behavior, she expressed discomfort with us staring at her and that she didn’t hear the “thank you” at first and we explained her attitude is what made us distrustful of her fixing our food. She was consistent with the attitude but did apologize.Whoever the manager is of this particular store needs to talk to this young woman. Clearly she is getting other complaints based on the other reviews.
I love this place. They are a bit slow since they do not have a lot of workers and everything is made to order. However, I don't mind that at all. The breakfast sandwiches and coffee are amazing and the donuts are the best! I definitely need to try some of their milkshakes...
I visited the store and ordered six plain doughnuts with a full chocolate topping with plenty of coconut on top,what i received was three thin streams of chocolate and a few sprinkles of coconut on top,plus the young lady up front had a nasty attitude. I will not return to this store again.
I ordered a dozen, plus two online a couple weeks ago. When I arrived to pick up my order, they only had a box of a dozen for me. There were two employees when we arrived and no other customers. The girl said she’d make my two missing ones and then dropped them in the fryer or whatever and told the other employee she was going to use the restroom and never came back. The male employee made the two singles and I left. When I got home, I realized the two singles (which had been made wrong) were also made wrong and placed in the box of 12. So I was missing two of the custom donuts I ordered. On top of that, a few of the other donuts were missing toppings. I’ve reached out to them via email, phone and Facebook message with zero reply (I can see you’ve read my Facebook messages and that’s super unprofessional to not even respond.) I used to love Duck Donuts but now I’ll stick to Krispy Kreme, their customer service and quality control is better anyways. Sad for such an awesome business idea to be ruined by unprofessional employees.

Same as others recently. Apparently door dash keeps them in business. Showed up at 10am, "open" sign on front door was off, saw someone at the drive through getting served. Drive around, waited several minutes, no response. Drive around to the window, and same story. If you want service, don't show up in person...
Order in advance. They are made to order so they are nice and fresh. They are not cheap but if you are looking for a yummy freshly made cake donut this is the place for you. They also have these cute duck toys that are like collectable.
The first time I went to the drive thru noone ever answered and asked for our order. They were open. So we left. The second time, we waited for at least 5 mins before a person responded to take our order at the drive thru. We ordered only 2 doughnuts. There were a couple cars in front of us and it seemed like forever to get up to the window. When we did get there they asked us if we even ordered yet. Another employee was tripping over themselves to get to the window saying we got it. Wonder if the owners know how bad the service is at their store. Hesitant to ever try them a third time. Their doughnuts are good but it's not all that....
