I finally got to try Duck for myself! Really cool idea, loved the hot donuts and the ability to create my own. Fast friendly service at this location, even though everything is made to order. The donuts were hot and tasty. Tried a few different ones and really enjoyed them all - how could you not love hot, fresh donuts. Only 4 stars because they are definitely sweetness-overload! The toppings are really sweet and can be a bit much even for 1 donuts. Go easy on the toppings and enjoy the warm donuts!
Love Duck Donuts. Choose your own toppings. Best when eaten hot. Just wish they were open for the day and evening.
They stole my money! I ordered a while ago online. I was ordering for an event at my job and all I needed was a couple dozen to take with me. The order was placed and it gave me a time it would be ready however it was after when I needed to be at the event so I called and asked for them to cancel it. The girl that picked up said it didn’t go through on her side (I had placed it like 30 seconds before the call) so she said she’d cancel it when it popped in. I never got my refund and so I contacted customer support and they never got back to me. The order was over 30$ and they never refunded me! How are you going to tell a customer it will be refunded then no refund it and not answer the support tickets submitted?
I like to try new places when travelling and taste things we don't have at home. Duck Donuts did not disappoint!. We did not order ahead because I wanted to see for myself what was available and watch the donuts being prepared. It was worth the wait! The warm frosted donuts were delicious and thankfully we ordered extra to take back to our hotel. They were just as delicious the next day. Definitely the most expensive donut I've ever had but I would go back.
If you are going to Duck Donuts, do NOT go to this location. An employee was very rude to my husband and daughter when my husband asked if they could be careful with our order because my daughter has a peanut allergy. I then called to file a complaint with the manager only to find out it was the manager that was rude to my husband and daughter. Choose a location that appreciates their customers!
The donuts were delicious, workers were friendly and we wish that we would have bought more! We will definitely stop again.
???? DUCK DONUT DEVASTATION as I rushed on my President's Day weekend Sunday to get a FRESH, HOT custom donut before the "NOON" closing. The sweet aroma enveloped the corner of 31st & Pacific ......AND BAM!!! Door locked at 11:50am with inside customers giggling as I pulled the door handle with exuberant anticipation only to stain my shoulder! TEARS!!! ??
I’m not a big donut guy but these were amazing. So fresh you see them come right out the oven. Each donut is prepared fresh for each customer. Best tasting donut I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
This is a very busy location, so after a long wait we place our order....and waited...and waited...and waited. Our number was NEVER called out, so when the number after ours was called out I enquired about our order. As they were searching for our order, one of the patrons ahead of us came with a box and asked if was ours. Yes, it was our order that had been picked up by the prior group and passed around to others not wearing masks to see who it belonged to during COVID. Was not offered to have the order remade, nor did we eat the donuts...not visiting again!
If I could give them 0 stars I would! The workers just didn’t wanna work so they didn’t even open. There was a line of us waiting to get in and get donuts. A local guy is the one who told us “this place is run by kids and they rarely ever wanna work” so they lost a ton of business this morning.
