My family and I had a chicken appetizer, sushi, poke bowls, ramen and everything was fresh and delicious! We had excellent service as well. We'll happily return again.
Great food but I’m knocking off two stars for a pattern I’m seeing now in too many fast casual restaurants - I’m forced at the end of entering in my food order to give a tip - there is no “zero tip” option. I understand a tip for table service at a restaurant, but I’m the one entering in the order into your computer. I don’t work here, why am I doing the work? I’m not getting table service, I have to go up to the counter to get my food when it’s ready. What am I tipping for? No one is tipping at Subway or McDonalds, either! Pay your employees a fair wage and stop making us tip for services we aren’t getting!
We ordered poke bowls for takeout and both were delicious: fresh ingredients, so much flavor, good portions, and a great variety of options and choices (we had 2 entirely different meals even though we ordered the same foundation). Everything was ready quickly (10 minutes after ordering) and packaged sustainably. They even placed our order in a nice reusable bag for pickup. Will definitely be returning!
Loved this place the first 3 times we went there. After that, each time we visited they were out of brown rice or white rice. How can you order bowls without rice? We were told we would have to wait 20 minutes to make rice...and they were kinda rude about it. It happened more than 3 times. I don't get it. Sorry, but I'll never go again.
Poke bowl was great! Fresh ingredients and the right quantity of everything!!
Ask you to order at the kiosk but doesn't give you any directions when you click on it nothing happens waited for a couple of minutes no one came up to the counter so I left
Food were average not as authentic as if it was family owned. Good enough for fast food/franchise categories. Bubble tea like any others bubble tea place. A little pricey, and same quality. 5 stars for staying open and serving people like us. Thanks for putting up with us ????
They're always so quick to make sure orders are ready for pickup even before the estimated time given. And always accommodate any special requests for orders without issue. I've never once had a bad experience here and I order fairly often.
They are one of the best places for Ramen. They are curious, fast, and Clean too. Every time we have gone there they have been this way.
I go just for boba tea/smoothies. Love them I wish I could get it everyday. More expensive than Starbucks but it is a small business so it is what it is.
