The friendly staff, we were there to celebrate my son who’s 10 passed to the 7th grade!!.. look atGod so proud of him. Strawberry banana smoothie!!!… and cheese sticks!!!.. n I’m the coolest dad n da world ? lol
The worst experience ever do not go. Staff is nothing but rude. Got there at 840pm and they sat us. Then another customer comes in at 845 and they refused to serve them saying they are closing. Yet we still haven't even ordered. Then as I am eating myPancakes from another plate the serve comes and takes my other plate away from in front of me before I was finished. I was in shock.
Received free green stuff included with my eggs. Server only came by twice, once to take my order and once to drop off food so never got to say anything to the staff until I was fed up and wanted to leave. I had to stand by the cash register to get someone to notice me to get my bill so I could pay and go.Edit: I have been in the restroom almost the whole rest of the day with a stomach ache after an hour of having food here.
The staff wasn’t paying much attention to anyone in the restaurant, I and many others waited a long time for food. I saw my food sitting at the kitchen counter for a good 15 min before it was brought to me (it was almost cold), my friend asked for silverware but waited 10+ minutes before having to seek it out himself. Very disappointed as I used to come here all the time before COVID
It was a packed house and they were short on kitchen staff so it took quite awhile to get food, but the servers were great, they offered my special needs son ice cream and gold fish crackers to help stave off melt down while waiting for the food. The staff also gave flowers to all the mothers.
The worse service ever after over an hour wait for an online order
Ugh, this place is all around terrible. It took us at least 45 minutes to get our order once the server took our order. It wasn't busy at all. 2 other tables had customers. Our server wasn't in the least bit friendly, nor was the lady who checked us out. You can tell they were just there for a paycheck. Would not recommend!
When I arrived there was only one single table occupied in the entire restaurant but it was during shift change so I was asked to wait to be seated which took about 6 minutes. Finally I was seated right next to a secondary door which was a cold wind tunnel that morning every time it opened. Employees kept going in and out of it to one of their cars and I was freezing with my winter coat still on. The waitress was not very attentive but was very friendly. When I was ready to pay, the waitress had to go outside and wave to a guy in his car to come back in to ring me up. The food was good but it got cold right away because it was so cold in there.
Was completely ignored by all staff for 10 minutes. When I waved to an employee for help, they waved back made a smart remark as she walked away from me. It is filthy in here as well. Very VERY dissapointed
Restaurant was not busy. Wait staff seemed less concerned with waiting on tables and more with chatting with each other and kitchen staff. Food was edible but not great. Pattie melt was toasted and not grilled. Not the experience I'm used to having at Denny's.
