Yesterday July 7th around 2:50pm I was at the drive thru. First the girl taking the orders was mumbling and I didn’t understand what she said so I said hello? She literally yelled at me through the speaker. Now normally I would have pulled up there to the window and snatched little girl through the window! I remained calmed and said you know what I will go somewhere else and told her that was rude! What type of people they have working there? If you don’t like your job then you need to quit. That was the first time I ever had such a rude employee. I know you will know who she is because I gave you the time and date. The manager needs to give her some customer service training asap! I frequent this place and I better not have to deal with rudeness again!
Just went there to get a banana split. The guy barely put any chocolate sauce on it. I politely asked for more and the little Manager guy at the window said “next time we will have to charge you for extra sauce”?! Lol what?! I paid over $5 for a banana split with only a smidge of sauce. So I have to pay extra to get a decent amount? That’s bad business. Things sure aren’t what they used to be when the customer was right and workers were actually polite.
The customer service was absolutely disgusting, there was no politeness at any point in this encounter. Lex, to whom apparently is a shift leader, was the person who dealt with my order. My brother and I hadn’t even walked to the window yet because we weren’t ready to order; they opened the window and without a greeting but, a whole ton of attitude said “Are you ready to order. We close in 8 minutes.” I was confirming an order on my phone at that time for 1 person and Lex seemed to be extremely perturbed. My order consisted of 2 items and every part of my ordering process and the way they spoke to me made it clear my presence was extremely unwelcome. They shoved my items through the window when done and I wasn’t even given a polite ending experience. I understand having customers all the way up till closing sucks but, there is no reason to treat customers this way. It reflects poorly on the business.
I’ve never had to write a bad review, or any review at all before. I had just wanted some ice cream, I sent my boyfriend to get Dairy Queen and he called to tell me “I hope it’s right because the person who took the order was very rude and got mad when I ordered more than one item”. He comes home with a melted blizzard, and I mean completely melted. Both of our orders completely wrong. So he calls and states the problem and gets hung up on. Mind you, he wasn’t being rude. I got charged extra bc I added more and didn’t get it. I honestly wouldn’t care about the wrong order if they weren’t rude. But on top of the order being wrong it was also just milk in a cup with some gummie worms. Gross.
They charged me 2 dollars extra for add ins and gave me the wrong blizzard, and also gave me the wrong flavor moolatte. It happens sometimes but the person was kind of rude and also I was asked multiple times what my order was, so I expected to not be given the wrong thing. That’s kind of ridiculous. Especially considering I paid extra for add ins and it was repeated back to me multiple times. And I waited at the window for 9 minutes while the person told me it was coming out.
Went to this location and was very displeased with the customer service of the worker, Gabe. I received my ice cream which was not correct I proceeded to tell him that it was not the right order and he short me some change. He close the window and walks off. He didn’t even come back to the window to correct the deficiency. I had to have another young gentleman come to the window to correct my order. This is not the first time Gabe has been very disrespectful at the window when he has given me incorrect change or even acknowledge the wrong in this matter. Both times I have dealt with him he has walked off and I have had to have someone else fix the issues. He is ver unprofessional and does not need to deal with customers with this type of attitude and disrespect. This was the best Dairy Queen however now I would have to say with the customer service it is going down. He needs to be fired and replace with someone who has an understanding of dealing with customers
They're pretty quick for only having one lane open. The staff is friendly and helpful. Treats are highly satisfactory.

Alyssa and Gabriel are really nice workers and not rude at all definitely coming back to this location love it made my night
I love Dairy Queen it was my first job. However, why is there only one line open? The line can go around the parking lot and only one line!!! I have waited for 30 minutes and not moved an inch. It’s not always like that but mostly. I have taken my business to Chick-fil-A for ice cream more times then I could count.
