This dairy queen is the best out of all other ones in VB. Hands down. The line can be wrapped around the building and they will still give you the correct order with a smile on there face and an amazing attitude through the whole experience. Drive through or inside. Will always go to this location.
In town visiting family, and decided to go to this Dairy Queen. The ice cream was a treat as well as the staff. My husband jokingly said to me, did they get bought out by Chik FIL A because the staff was so awesome. I told him I felt they were better. You guys are doing a great job. We will definitely be back. Even enjoyed sitting on the patio.
Drive thru had an exceptionally long line. Inside line was reasonable and wait for our ice cream was relatively short. Saw staff cleaning tables and seats between customers. Towel dispenser blocks lavatory in men's room.
The slowest service ever! I ordered a fish sandwich and got a grilled chicken sandwich.Ice cream came quick, food took forever nobody in the inside and about 2 people in the drive through. Went outside because it was really cold inside, turns out the temperature on 62 degrees! Really not a great impression for a fast food service. Will never be coming back, thanks!
Absolutely love this location, they always have the cutest designs for their cakes and great customer service. My only issue is that this is the second cake I’ve gotten for $30 with NO chocolate ice cream ?
The staff is hands down one of the best in town. This is the second birthday cake we have had within 4 months and they are always accommodating. We will definitely be back soon.
Not a bad burger, and the ice cream is always worth the trip, need to slow down on the prices, but over all, really good.
I got in there and ordered food to go. The service was fast and the employee who took my order was friendly. The food was hot and good.
I just wanted to say what a wonderful sweet girl Angela is. I went in to the Landstown location today to purchase a gift card and she told me that she had never done one before but she did not hesitate to get someone to show her how to do it so she could learn. Her team members jumped right in to assist her and they all did it with a smile . Big shout out to the staff at this location. Customer service like this is hard to find these days and now I see why, because all the nice people work here *smile*…. Great Job Angela, you rock girlfriend !!!!!
I ordered a Medium sundae,I have been ordering the same thing at this location since they opened,I ordered a medium half strawberry/Carmel,tonight they said they had to charge for the caramel,they never did that before,then I get the sundae,it was not even but half of what I usually get,it looked like a small,then the manager just argued with me didn't even try to fix it or apologize about it.,Not the kind of customer service you would expect.I will never go back!!!
