I went with my uncle for his birthday and it's been a while. I don't care for going because the service is usually blah and the ice cream was whatever to me but I always usually went for my uncle so when we went this time we had a Server Named Lasean or Losean(I'm sorry for spelling wrong) but he was fairly tall curly hair and a small gap in-between his front teeth. He was very nice and he was very fast. I forgot to tip him but I wanted to leave him this review to thank him for helping my experience and making my uncle happy. I will continue to keep coming to this establishment for such friendly service. Keep up the good work!!
Don't trust this place! They do not honor the prices posted on their website--even though the website says the prices were updated a few days ago. They will upcharge and blame it on minimum wage increase. Not the workers' fault. It's the owner's. Epic fail.
I recently found this cold stone it’s tucked away so you wouldn’t notice driving by. I must say the customer service is exceptional. Honestly a great group of teenagers. Very polite and friendly.. so far I’ve visited 4 times and the staff has been different each time and I still received excellent customer service.. Janiah, Aryan, Keanu, and Addison you guys all rock!!!
Haven't been back to this location at Lynnhaven Pkwy. since the Covid-19 Pandemic started, but was totally disappointed when they serve the public without wearing mask. It's posted on their website and google sites under HEALTH & SAFETY: MASK REQUIRED. Is that requirement for the customers, but not for the employees? Breathing down on ice creams while scooping and mixing.... doesn't help with this global pandemic. We will no longer support this location and it is about time to change brand.
No face cover scooping and mixing your treats ??? Apologetic but maintain not wearing a mask while the entire world suffers from Covid19 Pandemic. One of the best way to lure in people with delish ice cream, and contaminate them at the same time. Please consider the public health more than your own want. Afterall, it's the public who you serve 100%
