HORRIBLE STAFF. Poor management. The employees were so rude and not helpful. Took 30 min for 10 people to get ice cream in front of me. I was still waiting on one ice cream, and the girl took her gloves off and went to the back and was standing around. I waived her down to ask where my other ice cream was, and she pointed at me and said “I know what you want” and rolled her eyes and whispered to the other staff about me. I am so respectful and patient. These employees do not care about having a job at all. I never write reviews, but do not waste your time to go here.
Ice cream is good but the staff was so rude. I asked if they had a flavor and they said didn’t have, okay that’s fine. Then I asked if they were able to mix in caramel to a flavor (it’s my first time here in about 6 years). The staff looks at me like I was stupid and looked at each other talking about me. I was trying to figure out how the process worked as they were just staring at me like I was dumb when they are supposed to help me and have great customer service. I asked what mix ins to they have then they just pointed to the area.. gave me the ice cream when I wanted it to-go.. then gave me another look like I was some annoyance. I almost never do reviews but the manager needs to see how this staff on this day 4/28 at around 7pm treated me poorly with attitudes. I was there with my children and I’m a very respectful person. I just didn’t know how it worked and needed some guidance which was never given and instead was given rude faces, snares and mean attitudes.
Ice cream was good, the prices have gone way up. $9.50 for a milkshake is pretty steep.
Still here 1/25/22 and the girl running the night shift alone is absolutely fantastic! Not only has she been quick with our order but has been professional and very welcoming. As long as she was on night shift I would come here every night. Miss Amaya has impressed since the moment we got here. 10/10
they were so helpful! i had to go back and forth with doordash bc they canceled my order and the lady that helped me gave me all of the information that i needed and even kept me updated when .the new dasher came! by far the best ice cream in va beach as well! they always give you the most bang for your buck
Yummy yummy expensive and customizable ice cream... Need I say more? Typical Cold Stone with typical prices, decor, and menu items.

They did a great job of listening to my requests and answering my questions about the cost and what I'm allowed to get mixed in. The ice-cream had plenty of what I asked for and it was quick service. Really good ice-cream. I will be visiting again.
