First of all I ask a girl three. Flavor of ice cream I said strawberry vanilla banana 34 times maybe she don’t understand and she’ll give me vanilla and banana and they charge me six dollars for a small cup very unprofessional place and they have a listening problem and they can’t handle busy times I recommend this place to go to urban ice place they are way better then cold stone
I have purchased several birthday cakes for my children over the years from Cold Stone Creamery. Until now, I have been a satisfied customer. A few days ago, the picture below is what was given to me. Pathetic. This is the last cake I will purchase from this business.
Came in on the 19th to two lovely flirty kids behind the counter. Good service and yummy ice cream. Boo batter makes you poo!! Be careful. Did not ask there names but they cracked me up. This location has improved recently im not sure why but its good news.
After the people in the area whining about the mask mandates, this business didn't have any customers wearing masks on a busy evening this past week. This is not uncommon in the area, but other businesses have a sign that says the CDC recommends everyone to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status. Above the whole mask debate, the workers had no gloves on! Am I missing something? Why is it ok to touch people's money and credit cards and a cash register then proceed to scoop ice cream and sprinkle mix ins with the same hands? Lets face it, there are several illnesses in addition to Covid that can be transmitted. I feel the company, which is a chain not a local Mom & Pops place, can afford to pay for gloves for their workers and insist they be worn properly.
Stopped by at 8p on a Friday. Place was packed. Non-stop traffic, 15 minutes wait to order. Staff was courteous and helpful. All four were working hard to get customers quickly through the line. Ordered the coffee ice cream special. Very good. Enjoyed the visit.

Wonderful ice cream. It was very busy but the staff did a fantastic job. My hats off to the three who were working last night. They were very nice and worked quickly. Thank you
FYI to the owners and employees... you CANNOT refuse to serve patrons regardless if you are privately owned because you want to enforce a mask mandate (that is no longer in place BTW) and MOST DEFINITELY you CANNOT request people to show a vaccination ID... it’s against HIPPA law, our CIVIL RIGHTS and clear discrimination! So unless you want to get sued personally and as a business you may want to educate yourself and your employees because ignorance of the law is not an excuse!Fact: An unvaccinated child is still safer than a vaccinated adult & has been proven for OVER A YEAR! If you or your staff are vaccinated you are protected per CDC guidelines or why would you get vaccinated? Also, those who’ve had COVID/Flu have herd immunity which is greater than the vaccine! So it’s helpful if you actually gain knowledge before pushing your agenda onto the public!Patrons, We have a choice to not allow companies to discriminate against those w health problems, who cannot wear masks or choose not to wear them, let alone children who have been documented to NOT spread Covid!!! Totally absurd!
Those girls has a line out the door... Tonight was a great ice cream kinda night. (:The 3 gals worked as a team and got everyone taken care of. It was noticed by many howwell this crew works together.AND YES IT IS GOOD....its Coldstone!!
I went through on my way back to Alabama and the girls working there were all so kind and helpful! My ice cream was delicious! The other reviews talk about the girls being impolite and not having social skills, I'd say quite the opposite considering they're teenagers and this is probably their first ever job. Anyways the ice cream was delicious and the staff was helpful, my family and I really enjoyed it!
