We went to the shore drive location on Sunday 6/5/2022 for brunch. The back bar was closed. The wait staff was too small, the hostess was a young girl who looked to be about 14. We had 2 dogs and wanted to sit outside and waited over 2 hours, but were never seated. The one mimosa we had while waiting was good and the food looked good, but there were loads of empty tables and the hostess never seated us even though we checked with her every 3 minutes (4 times). After about 2 hours 15 minutes we left and went somewhere else. It was a terrible experience and no one even noticed because they were all too busy to notice and had a young girl in charge of seating who obviously was told to only seat 3 or 4 of the many outside tables. Each of the 5 times we asked for a time we would be seated (the one when we arrived and 4 other times) we were told in 30 minutes. Obviously no one had a clue and didn't know how to manage customer wait time expectations. We won't be back. What a waist of time.

This was the worst food and service I've ever had. Staff was unfriendly. Pancakes were raw in the middle. They made them again. Same result. No apologies. No care at all. Eggs had an off flavor. Hash browns barely touched the grill and we're basically undercooked mashed potatoes. After argument they took just the pancakes off the bill. Still charged for everything else. Still no apology or customer service whatsoever. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Overpriced garbage with no service.

Had the Cornbeef Hash, scrambled eggs with cheese and sausages. EVERYTHING was GREAT.

The food here is definitely a 10 out of 10 but the prices are a bit exorbitant and I didn’t really feel like I got my money’s worth. For $14, I expected a whole Belgian waffle for the chicken & waffle sandwich (not half) and while the pecan glaze was divine, I only got about a tablespoon of it. Our waiter, Ryan, was very nice but he had about 8 other tables he was waiting on and he wasn’t as attentive as he could have been. I had to ask another waitress for our check after finishing our food 20 minutes prior. Also, I’m pretty sure this place is non-smoking but there was a drunk girl at the bar vaping and the fumes made my asthma flare up.
Amazing breakfast, busy but the staff still took time to chat and seemed very relaxed! Will definitely be back!
