They have good food BUT nothing to brag about but customer service sucks. I work Front desk at a Hotel so you would think they would love our business we even put there menus on display in the lobby. Not anymore because whenever I call this guy gives me attitude he even hung up on me before because I didn't tell him delivery or pick before I placed my order. The reason for me doing so is to see if I wanted to pick it up or have it delivered. When I asked him about the price because the price on the menus are different he got an attitude told me "You order, No order " rude like. Just nasty for no reason. Several occasions different I can give more examples but to long already.
Google made me give this horrible place a star in order to post. I'd give them negative stars if I could. Worst Customer Service - our delivery order was not complete but that happens. We informed the delivery driver we were missing items and he said he'd bring them. After waiting 45 minutes, we called for a status update and were told they were not bringing the rest of the order - they would "get us next time". Meanwhile, our food had grown cold while waiting for the missing items and no one even bothered to call to tell us they weren't coming back. This isn't the first time this has happened with this establishment and they did not remember to "get us next time" Absolutely horrible customer service not to mention they took our money and didn't provide the ordered food. There are dozens of Chinese restaurants in this area and we'll take our business elsewhere and you should too.

China Inn’s Hot & Sour Soup is the best I have encountered. Love its thick texture. They usually use the black Shiitake mushrooms which contributes to its flavour and visual, egg, chilis, chunks of bean curd/tofu…And even tasted abalone recently, a delicacy. Highly recommend.
Food is very bland. The potstickers although sort of crunchy were still kind of chewy. Orange chicken needs some spice also tasted like fake orange even with orange rind in it, Singapore chow mei fun needs more curry and spice, in the beef lo mein the beef tastes like it was beaten pulvarizer. Panda Express is better and that is completely fake. Haven’t found a really good Chinese place in VB.
$10 minimum. Bought chicken wings and rice for that price. They lost a first time customer. Oh and you have to stand outside because you can't go in.
This place use to be good but the delivery drivers are absolutely rube unprofessional and nasty the way this one particular drivers who comes to my house the way he just talked to me at my door and respect for my neighbors I stayed clam but I tell you what this day December 9 2021 will be the last time I spend any money at this place
I'm glad I'm adventurous and gave China Inn a try. Since my parents have gotten older, they no longer cook, and this is the one local place that has the one dish that is the closest match to the way my dad makes Shrimp & Lobster sauce. I haven't tried their egg rolls, but I base pretty much everything on how close they get to my parent's cooking. Food taste and quality is great, and the price on delivery isn't painful. I've been an on and off customer of theirs for the last 2 years.
Fast service. Food was just OK. It feels uncomfortable going to the door and you can't even see anyone or inside the restaurant. It's got the wooden box where they place your food and they place your receipt to sign there. Several receipts just sitting there. Not sure if anything can be gleaned from them but that's kind of sloppy. Wouldn't take much effort to pick them up and keep them in the register. We were hoping to find a new "favorite Chineserestaurant". We don't think this is it. Not bad but nothing special. And while it's not earth shattering no fortune cookies! You have to pay for them and it doesn't say a quantity on menu. Just a price and it conflicts with an online price.Maybe you will like it more than we did.
They placed a menu on our door so we thought we might try them out. They messed up the order, food was 3/5 at best. fortune cookies where stale. Side note I thought chow mein had noodles in it? for what we payed the food was not bad but for the same price we have a place off the blvd that runs circles around them .
