I used to love this place. I'll never order from them again. Today I ordered lunch. Half way through eating, I scooped up a spoon of rice, and deep in the rice was this long white hair. (Maybe really blonde but appeared white to me). I immediately stopped and called them. The girl who answered (pretty sure it's the same shorter lady who delivered it to me) argued with me that no one has white hair so it must be mine. I have dark brown hair. No one in my home even has blonde hair, let alone white. I explained this. She offered to bring me a new meal, but to be honest, I lost my appetite at the long hair in my food and had no desire for a replacement. She stated they don't do refunds, but she could bring me more food. I'm sorry, but when I find hair in my food, I dont want more of your food. I understand mistakes happen. I would have been completely happy with a refund or even a replacement for next time, I would have been back. But how she handled it on the phone arguing and being rude, I will not be back. (Sidenote incase the restaurant reads this: you don't have to have a worker with white/blonde hair for it to end up in the food. It could have come from a delivery, from a customer and picked up on your clothing, etc.- when a long time customer assures you this hair was deep in the rice, don't argue with them that it couldn't have possibly come from the restaurant when it's clear it did.)
Hands down my favorite Chinese restaurant at the beach! The food is made fresh and not all just the cookie cutter stuff you get at most places. They literally make their egg rolls fresh daily every morning, the wrappers are thin and perfectly crispy! It’s hard for me not to order my favorite sesame chicken every time- it’s very lightly breaded and the sauce is true sauce instead of the thick sticky stuff you get typically. They’re definitely worth a stop for your next Chinese food craving!
Overpriced.They don't know what "General Tso's Chicken" is. I should have read the reviews on this place first before ordering it. Chicken was not breaded and fried. Sauce was not the "normal" Gen Tso's sauce that every Chinese restaurant in America uses.The rice portion was so tiny for the entree size meal.I received an "Unfortunate Cookie."I do not recommend this place.

I have had issues in the past, when ordering take out from here. Example would be food not tasting right or mistakes with my order. Tonight, was the last straw. My order was very simple. I ordered Shrimp with vegetables, and instead I received Beef with Veggies. I called to complain, and said I ate my appetizers, but will not eat the wrong entree. The man answering the phone was polite and said I would receive a refund on the main entree, which I asked for the refund. Wait, this gets better.! I received a call from the woman that took my order, ( Delivery Driver) She stated that I ordered the beef dish. That really ticked me off, I know what I ordered. This is the same woman that could not manage to get my address straight for the other driver. Next, this woman said You will get a refund for the part of the order I didn't eat. I am thinking she isn't the brightest kid on the block. Fast forwarding, this woman comes back to my house, and I gave her the main entree back in a nice bag. This woman had the audacity to open, the box, and check to see if I ate part of the entree. This is so Damn Tacky.! The woman then tells me, the owners want me to tell you they don't want your business anymore. This idiot tells me, they have refunded my money before, when I complained. This is a Bold Face Lie. Well, I am done with this joint, the food was never that good, and dealing with this evil woman driver who in reality is a manager or part owner, is more aggravation than it's worth. I wouldn't recommend this place, to a starving person.! Save Your Money Don't Patronize a take out joint with extremely rude Manager/ Deliver Driver.

I have a mobile business so I am on the road everyday and eat Chinese Food at least once a week. I ordered the General Tso Chicken from China Harbor(which I eat most of the time). This was the worst I have ever had. The sauce tasted kind of like it should. The chicken looked like it was made from frozen nuggets and there was carrots, green peppers and what I think was some type of squash in it. The fried rice was okay at best. On a good note it has filled the void and I am no longer hungry.
Their customer service is TERRIBLE! I ordered at 9:56pm and received my food at 11:10pm a whole hour later. They are located 5 minutes away from my home.Then when I received my food my order was wrong! I ordered pork fried rice and received shrimp fried rice. I am highly allergic to shrimp! I called and complained and they picked up and told me “SORRY WERE CLOSED” and hung the phone up in my face. I called them back 8 times but they ignored all of my calls. I will NEVER order from them again. Bad business.
