First of all, the place looks like a dumpCan't u afford to renovate?Second, they have no ac or fan or anything , its like sauna insideThird, the little girl constantly lies about pickup times and if u are delivering for them, you should know that her "5 mins" wait is actually 20 mins.

This restaurant food is decent, however their service is awful. They double dip. If you order from any delivery services or directly from their website, they are the ones whom actually deliver the food from any of the services. They get paid to deliver their own food. If you don't leave them a tip on your credit card or debit card they will harass you about giving them a tip. They've banged on my door to ask if we were tipping them, so we put the cash back in our pockets. Another one of my orders they actually called to ask if I was going to tip them and if not was I planning to pick up my own food... my food was ordered through Grubhub. I was already charged a service and delivery fee. I'm not paying all those fees to pick up my own food because someone assumed they weren't getting tipped. Needless to say, calling me to ask that question guaranteed them no tip. I will not order from them ever again.

Nasty food. Used to work here and got taken advantage of. The owners are mean and greedy. Wasted my gas working here. Horrible customers. Glad I stopped working here and eating their nasty Chinese food ew!!!!! They take tips. Never again. Bye. Jenny is horrible. Don't eat here and don't buy their nasty food. I'm super happy I got fired. Thank you, china east. I will work somewhere better. This place sucks.
This is my go to chinese place every time I have a craving. The food always tastes great, the service is excellent and the delivery is timely.
Restaurant was given a direct address to deliver food to. Failed to drive to that address. asked ME to find them... hesitantly, I did so.. waited for 15 minutes more. Called the driver back over and over they failed to answer.Finally when she picked up the phone, I discovered their driver just asked a random passerby if they were ME.. (duh... ) and THEY GAVE MY FOOD AWAY!!?? who does THAT>?I called back 30 minutes before closing and they continued to put me on hold and they finally asked if I wanted them to remake the food or just give me a refund. I indicated, I wanted my food. they called back again asking if i wanted a refund or my food, AGAIN i said.. "Please make my food".. they called right at closing and said "we are closed, just take the refund"MM-Ho bad business.joy-geen
Very meh Chinese food place, they tend to rush you off the phone before you know the price for your orders. Do yourself a favor and go to Japanese food place nextdoor or somewhere else.
I ordered food from here on Grubhub and chose contactless delivery. They never notified me that the food was on the way or that the driver was approaching. The driver rang my doorbell multiple times and the proceeded to knock then opened my storm door and started banging on my door. When I opened the door she put a foot in my house and was demanding more money for a tip and demanding cash. I tipped on my card but she said she wanted more.i finally had to just start closing my door till she stepped away and closed and locked the door. The food was not good at all. I'm very dissatisfied with the restaurant. I actually felt unsafe.
