What happened to Chili’s at Redmill? Haven’t been there for a couple of months but the food we ordered was horrible. The nachos were dark brown covered in some kind of powder space. Tasted like a chili cheese Frito on steroids! Boneless chicken wings were cold. Not even close to warm. First time ever (decades) we were told we couldn’t sit in the bar area. Told by the hostess we had to let her seat us. She put us in the dining room. We were told that by the young hostess the bar was busy. Then she set a large table in there. It’s a shame! We used to love going there and it looks like our restaurant has changed so much we won’t enjoy going back.
I'll give our bartender/ waitress 5 stars but Not the Chili's Restaurant Owners or Management. The bar area was full and she was the only one on duty to wait tables. SHAME on y'all it's a good thing we as customers see what has been going on since Covid-19 but Put more staff on and pay your food runners a little more to help out *4 19 2022).
This location in VA Beach have the most amazing staff .. we drive across town and past the VB Blvd location because they truly care .. tonight both bartenders were amazing .. ( sorry I didn't get the one lady's name ) .. but the other bartender Reese always remembers us and our special to-go order .. keep up the great accommodating work ..
Great food server very nice place is nice.But not enough workers to help out server who was covering all the tables in there.Management needs to step up and get more employees.
The service was great. Food was excellent. The place was clean.
My family and I went here a week ago, and had a horrible experience. Our food took over 40 minutes to arrive (cold). All the staff seemed new, and in training. Where we got seated, we could see into the entrance of the kitchen. We saw several employees eating, playing on their phones, and joking around! Never once got drink refills during our meal. At the end of our meal we noticed that another family was unhappy with their meal and service, and complained to the manager. The manager actually pulled this lady from the table they were sitting at and walked behind our table. Apparently the lady was an employee there. Well the manager of the store was completely rude to this employee, I could overhear the whole conversation!! Very unpleasant and unprofessional environment. I was completely floored with how the manager was speaking to this lady. The worst part was that the manager is the managing partner of the store as her name is shown on the front door! (Noticed that as we left) I can't understand how a business can flourish with such horrible management. My family and I will never spend another dime at this location. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!
Our server was excellent. Got our orders quick and our food were on the money. Definitely coming back to this location.
Me & my girlfriend ordered the southwest egg rolls and and order of wings paid extra for 3 extra flavors of sauce and they weren’t in the box so my girlfriend goes back in to ask for them & the cook and manager in the back kept giving the employee a hard time saying they are in the box. Like wow who lies about not having sauce ! There wasn’t any sauce but ranch. Like I paid for the sauces the manager was very dismissive won’t be back.
My go to on the ride home from work when I just don't have it in me to cook. Love their burgers and make sure you get some of their ranch to dunk your fries in, soooooo good.
Friendly's atmosphere, very comfortable setting. Food and drinks. Amazing
