Placed an order through the mobile app and was given my good about 15 minutes later, was given my food after someone else who arrived after me and they couldn’t accommodate cutting up my chicken as they don’t have a way of cutting it up… funny thing is the other restaurant that I go too has no issues cutting up the chicken in my salad.
I usually go to Salem crossing, but it closed early for holiday. The Indian river location is significantly inferior to Salem crossing - in people, service and food quality. Specifically, I've never seen a Chick-fil-A need to replace their oil worse than this one. I ordered a normal sandwich and it was so dark I thought i mistakenly received a spicy sandwich.
Came to this location from NC, we drove almost an hour to VAB. It's raining and was hoping to let the kids play inside. Nope. The playground is closed!
I waited in curbside pickup for a single bag of ice for over 25 minutes until I decided to walk in and ask for it in the lobby. I see my order ticket just sitting on the counter. Two girls looked at it and laughed. I got my ice but no apology. I did curbside instead of drive through to be courteous and allow them to have time to make it but over 25 minutes is ridiculous. I complained in the app and all they did was send a free desert that I can’t even have with a keto diet. This is unacceptable. If they would pay attention and do there job then customers wouldn’t have to wait 25 plus minutes for a single bag of ice and have to walk in and get it themselves.
It's just amazing to see how every employee take care of the customers with respect I love that.Chick-fil-A is doing a great job keep it up ??
Always good service and food. Workers are better than all others. Polite courteous and treat you like they really want your business. 4Stars!
This shithole is open for mobile orders, but NOT ACTUALLY OPEN TO ORDER. Still scared of Covid. 2 years later. Makes NO sense with your stupid masks and cleaning to NOT let anyone order food.
This place is worst then the Portsmouth location. My experiences with this store the last few days was the worst. If I could rate this store a negative star I would. The orders are always incorrect, fries are never hot and the rude employees that needs more training. The customer service is trash at this location. This experience I will be definitely eating at Panera Bread! I'm sure the experience and customer service will better and worth every penny!
One of the worse chic fil e's in VB, the manager Lindsey Kelly was so rude to me, I simply asked for a straw, she got very snippy with me saying I just bagged that I know it's a straw in the bag, I showed her there was no straw in the bag and no need to be nasty. They now have where you can pick up in store and the store is FILTHY!!! I've come 3 mornings in a row and it's looked like this all three days
Excellent service! Drive-through ordering was training a new employee. Multiple people assisted to ensure our order was taken correctly and quickly. Only reason not a 5 star was most of our sauce request was forgotten, I think that was in the window though, not the actual order, since it was correct at the time.
