This location shorted my family half our order then refused to reimburse for the missing food over the phone knowing I live 25 minutes away. Terrible experience completely off brand. I will drive by to and go to the Va Beach location next time.

Chick-fil-A always does a very good job service wise. Where we run into even the smallest of issues is on speed of service. I understand though this speed issue comes from them typically being extremely busy. So I do not fault them on them on this. the staff is always very professional and do whatever they can to help. I realize the dining room is still close but perhaps in the future when it opens this will help with getting the lines reduced at the drive-through

I can't believe I'm writing a poor review about Chick-fil-A it's unheard of because their standards are so high they are the cream of the crop however, this particular Chick-fil-A standards are low. Every time I go to this particular Chick-fil-A they always get my order wrong give cold food, rubbery chicken and I always have to make a U-turn because they're missing something. Check your bags before driving off with this Chick-fil-A usually and typically you don't have to do that because they are efficient but not this Chick-fil-A and they excuse every time they get things wrong and waste your gas they tell you that they going to have better training like that's going to help your inconvenience and the service is only declining and not getting any better

Chick-fil-a always has great, efficient service. I love their breakfast sandwiches and mocha cold brew. Their app is easy to use for pre-order. I have never had a bad experience at the Salem location.

Best place I ever worked in kitchen industry. Management are so caring. Johnathan Foster is a hardworking, kind, good man. They would do anything for you if you work and are honest. My time was short because I moved towards a career. But I would recommend working here to anyone who needs employment and is professional.

Delicious food, very polite staff. I can appreciate the staff members walking standing along the drive thru line taking orders, but I think it's be helpful to have more menu signs up or menus since I don't really know the selection that well

I sure do appreciate how they keep that drive thru line moving! I usually think, "what have I gotten myself into?" when first entering the queue, but my order is being taken in the matter of just a few minutes after entering the parking lot. Those kids do a great job to keep with the flow whether rain, heat, or snow and are always polite.If I could offer some real criticism though... a menu posted towards the back of the line would help immensely... I sometimes just panic-order the same thing because I either can't recall what else is on the menu, can't focus on the phone menu long enough while constantly inching my car through, aaand also just don't want to be the one holding things up ?

I used to feel like they had good service but now I feel like they couldn't be bothered.I went there today to get lunch and first problem was the young man was laughing and joking with a female employee instead of taking the next order. I mean, I get it. Young people are going to talk and flirt, but there is a job to do.When I did get my order the order was wrong. This was not the fault of the young man I mentioned earlier. When I checked the receipt everything that he took down was accurate.Thankfully, I checked the the bag before I left. When I explained that things were wrong, the assistant manager kept pushing me off instead of being concerned if the order was right.And what's more frustrating is when I got back to work there was still things wrong with the order so all I could eat were some waffle fries. I will drive further to another place from now on.
