Just disappointed. Stopped in this morning to the BLVD location. Surprisingly, no one in the drive-thru or inside. Placed an order for a side of eggs and a side of bacon. 11 minutes later, still no food. People who came inside after me to order, had received their food and left. Drive-thru began to fill and orders received. It was at that point, I just said to donate my food and left. In the way out, Manager or lead told staff that "I guess she didn't want to wait anymore." ?
We ordered from the Haygood store because the one on the Boulevard always leaves something out of our order. This store left two sandwiches out and I had to go in and ask for them. They were very kind and helpful when I asked and got them right away.
There is reason that there is always a line at the Chick-fil-A, consistently hot and tasty food. Obviously, people are willing to pay a little more for quality take out served by people who seem friendly.
This Chick-fil-A has the worst servers. They are so friendly and do what Chick-fil-A staff does, but they are terrible at making the food I can’t get any of the orders right. I recommend find a different Chick-fil-A if you want your food made right.
The Haygood location is fantastic. Fast, fresh and great customer service, plus they give extra perks via the app. I go out of my way to this location vs the one on Virginia Beach Blvd,
Not the best chick fil a in the area, not by a long shot. Chick fil a is the place u go when all else fails. Now they are failing too. Since I’m already leaving a review let me tell u what I really dislike about all chick fil a locations. This 10am lunch nonsense. Are u serious? It went from 11. To 1030. Which is already pushing it. Now it’s 10am. That’s just ridiculous. If you think I’m wrong take a vote. 10am is breakfast time.
Worst food ever first and last time I will ever go there 9 dollars for a nasty cold piece of flavorless chicken which if u say spicy it needs some kind of flavor and rubbery fries which were also cold. I wish I could give negative stars because they don't deserve 1 star
Food and service was good although I was surprised that they didn't have more staff working outside to help keep drive thru fast.
Great customer service! Went through the line in lessthan two minutes. Every worker is very nice and helpful.
Food is always good but I think they should have done their parking lot much better. They are in Town Center, they should have known people would be wrapped around the building, Come on now Chick-fil-A yall know you have the coins to fix it too!!!01/01/2022 The one at Haygood opens up late. I was in the drive thru at 10:28am they did not open until 10:33am and then didn't have soup until 11am. They are starting off the new year not so good with customer service.
