This is my first time rating any Chick-fil-A less than a 5. The window server tried to give me someone else's meal. Tried to give me all of my commodities in my hand because my meal wasn't ready. Let her know to put them in the bag once meal is ready. Had to Pulled up to wait for eggs about 10 minutes. Another person tried to give me someone else's meal again. This time got my meal, no commodities in bag and no napkins. That is a soft 3 rating could have been less.
Our colleagues love to order from Chick-fil-A. I came in to order food for my colleagues and noticed a mistake on the receipt and meals. Expressed concerns during drive-thru order takers and drive-thru window staff. The staff was so polite and corrected this mistake immediately and apologized. This Chick-fil-A has provided nothing but outstanding service and I would highly recommend this location!
This Chick-fil-A seems to have a problem with their portions. The Mac & Cheese was half filled and the 4-piece Chicken strips were as small as my thumb. The box looks like it has a 2 piece, not a 4 piece. For $9.15, it’s not what I paid for. This is the 3rd time this has happened. No one answers when you call to complain. Today was just like the past 2 times. Time to start going to a different Chick-fil-A.
This Chick-fil-A used to be my favorite. It's convenient because it's in the front of my neighborhood. They used to be my favorite place to go especially for breakfast. Now breakfast is the only time I will ever be going. The lines can be wrapped around the building and out to the street and they get the line down quickly. Which is the only reason I gave them two stars instead of one. It seems like every time I come to get food for dinner here there's always something wrong with my order. And no one wants to sit in a line that long just to get their order redone. The staff seems nice once you drive up to them but roll your windows down and you'll hear other staff members talking about customers. After I ordered my food the people at the window asked me to move up and wait for my food to be out. That's not a problem what my problem is is there staff was joking other people that had previously went through there with the way they looked and the type of cars they had. I was the first one at the red sign and there was a car behind me and I heard them talk about this guy's car that was sitting right behind me and if I heard them so could he.
Wife just got a chicken wrap from there, was pure-t gas station quality. Like those shrink wrapped janks that were made 5 states over, 2 weeks ago. Yumm. Tasted like cardboard. My chicken sandwich was ok, but nothing compared to the God Popeye's, Hardee's, or Bojangles. I don't see what the fuss is for soggy chicken.
There was 1 lady who was working who had an attitude but I have never seen her there again. Always pretty decent service. Its Chick-Fil-A. You're always gonna get great food and service.
This location routinely messes up my order.Today, I ordered curbside pickup and waited longer than 30 minutes for my food. I eventually went inside to find out what was going on and it was just sitting on the counter cold. I had them replace the items with fresh food. My sandwich was not what I ordered. I ordered two drinks and both of those were wrong. Because I had already been waiting so long I had to leave quickly and didn’t discover the errors until I got where I was going. Tried calling for 20 minutes to get it fixed and no one picks up the phone. It just rings and rings and rings. I didn’t get what I paid for and they didn’t seem the least bit concerned about a 30 minute wait.I’ll make the longer drive next time to another chick fil a
Won't answer my phone calls regarding a mobile order. Unacceptable.I'll gladly provide my number so you can fix this issue. But odds are you won't so I'll call support and just log a complaint with them for your location.

The food tasted fine. And as expected, very polite customer service. But the drive thru was slow. Much slower than other Chick-fil-as I have visited. We were there in line for a while. I wouldn't go there if I was in a rush. But everything else was fine ?
