They give you 0 attention if u are there to pickup online or delivery ordersFor delivery, they don't start to cook until u get in line and specifically tell them to start cookingWait time is ridiculous because of they cant handle customers, maybe they shouldn't be asking delivery
Worst experience at a Chick-fil-aDidn't receive my fries (ordered)Then they were toom temp.. & no salt!They handed me my incomplete order and walked off.. had to wait to ask for my fries along with napkins, ketchup, and sauce for my nuggets.BBQ sauce tasted rancid on top of everythingSeemed like they only care about closing early!!!You are not closed untill you are closed..Never have I felt this way about food or service at any Chick-fil-A

This is my absolute my favorite fast food place. HOWEVER, ITS ALWAYS VERY BUSY. Every SINGLE RESTAURANT IS BUSY. I appreciate they have the reps come out and take the orders, but thats not fixing the issue. They need to produce the food faster by make the kitchen bigger or get more help. The food is not coming fast enough. Other than that, its great. Always awesome customer service and pleasant workers!
Probably my favorite fast food restaurant hands down, I can eat here everyday, unfortunately it's not one where I live I have to drive almost a hour to the closest one but it's worth the ride

This is the second time they messed up my order at this location. Nuggets were over cooked and I specifically asked for two things of salad dressing as this is the only reason I eat chick fil a, their salads are always fresh but they want you to eat them dry.This location needs to get it together
