Never fails to impress me. I've been going at this establishment for years now and they never miss my order and make sure I get what I want. Never had a hiccup no matter who's working and never had a complaint to give to them. If you have a hankering for something to eat that never fails to be good, then I highly recommend this place!
DELICIOUS! DELICIOUS! DELICIOUS! We placed a large catering order with Charleys Cheesesteaks. The entire process was wonderful - from the amazingly friendly staff to the great food to the seamless delivery. It was all amazing! The cheesesteaks are so delicious (and addicting)!
Placed a mobile pickup order in the app and said food was going to be ready by a certain time (6:30pm 4/6/22), I get there and they were closed to customers while they were making pitas for some other occasion, I ask them about my order and they just kept saying “sorry we are closed contact support in the app”.Well the only support option they give me on the mobile app is to contact the store via the phone number they have access to. How am I supposed to get my refund? Besides wasting my time heading there after I was promised in the app food was being made and to be ready by a certain time this lack of customer support as well as closing locations early without any indication and leaving me off to contact my bank to dispute this charge makes the mobile experience as well as experience with this particular location an absolute joke.
there’s this one employee who has like dangly earrings and he’s always dancing ?, seems super fun to work with! Set a great vibe for the place!

I was in line today and witnessed a manager being very unprofessional to another employee . I seen her throw a box onto the ground with force and hit the employees foot. You could tell she was angry the way she did it. No need to take it out on other people. Especially in the workplace. It gave a bad vibe.
We ordered 2 cheesesteak combo meals with drink & they were very good!! This food venue was located in the mall. We visited during Black Friday weekend so, it was very festive, lots of people & lots of shopping going on.
Well, I work at a corporate office in the area, we all got subs frome here today, we are very dissatisfied with the MANAGER NAMED TIA, she was rude, snappy, and we paid OUR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT, we wanted mayo in a lil cup she flat out said no take these packets, but that's not what we wanted, I ordered onions on my sandwich and was served a entire slice of it, skin and all I wish I could upload pic of this onion, she worked the grill ,I always come here and will not spend my money here anymore.
The employees are nice and good but the manager no. We see her with attitude toward the rest of the team. Everyone looks uncomfortable when she's around.
My food was SOO good!! I just want to know why my sister isn’t cooking like that at home! Lol
