I've been eating at Charley's since the store was in the mall, In fact I am happy to see the same young lady working at both stores who literally had seen my son grow up!! That's how long I (we've) been going to Charley's!! If she sees my review, she will probably realize who I am?. California Chicken sandwich is still a long time favorite!! Keep up the good work and food Charley's.
Super expensive for a fast food restaurant. It’s about 15 for a meal. You can go to a real restaurant and get actual quality meat, and ingredients for the same price.It’s decent for fast food, but that’s all you’re paying for. They also ask for tips in the drive through. Someone needs to tell them that’s incredibly classless, and tacky.
I placed an online order. I’ve never been here before. I went to the drive thru to pick it up, only I was told “you can come in for that” with no explanation (exactly like that). I even repeated the statement to make sure we were quite clear how unhelpful she wanted to be for the review and the survey. If they don’t do mobile orders at the drive thru, please state so instead of that answer. She could have said “go away” and that would have been the same sentiment expressed.Went inside now to get this order and half of it was missing. Staff all but ignored me until I finally got someone’s attention that my order was wrong, and five minutes later the order was complete. Nobody apologized, smiled, or even bothered to check in. And they were not that busy. No lines, few people in the drive thru. So if you’re a new customer (and I did have the new customer coupon too), the dmv might show more concern, willingness to help, or customer satisfaction.
The staff is very nice. It takes more time than regular fast food, its always very fresh and every time I go through with our dogs they aways give then a pup cup of ice cream.
This was my first visit, shortly after they opened, and I was pleasantly surprised. The sandwich was delicious though the wings were, well, wings. Clean lobby, and polite workers; especially the young man who took our order. Today was his first day and he was still learning. Good job.My only real complaint was the young lady who kept breaking out in song. I think she was singing anyway, it may have been pain.
When i walked in with an Associate of mine we got in line behind two other guys. The person taking orders was yelling and arguing with thr cooks. Their was no guest services. They didn't acknowledge that we were there. We made ourselves known and they took out order. Guy was apologetic for the inconvenience ND took my order. Food came out fast. But for someone who loves Charlie's thus establishment wasn't quite it. The food was not good. My bread was stiff and my meat was overcooked also the didn't get my order right. Needless to say my coworkers and I will not visit thus particular Charlie's again
Chicken cheese steak seemed a little light on the meat vs the regular cheesesteak. Neither were particularly amazing but it's a fast food place so it's sorta expected. Step up from normal fast food at least but you can tell when you look at the prices. The fries I expected to be not that great from photos but they were actually pretty crispy even despite the cheese and stuff on them. Overall it's probably as you'd expect slightly above average for slightly above average price.
There is no such thing apparently as a combo at this location. They charge you full price for the sandwich you order and then additional for drink and fries. This location = 15 -20 dollars for a regular single meal/person. I can literally eat out per person at outback or olive garden for that amount. Absolute robbery. Never again.
Good food, points program is awesome, especially if you order on line, you get double points, and always some sort of other point bonus besides the double points you earned for online transactions...I have easily amassed at least $80 bucks in points to use toward food, they give you $5 for every 100 points, with all the bonus points they give out...you get it really fast!
For 2 cheese steaks and one order or boneless wings (aka little chicken nuggets) it was $35! The cheesesteaks are not even all of that. Fries don't even come with the meals. We were both still hungry after that and had to go elsewhere to order more food.
