Shady operation. Needed to buy a gift card and was told I would be charged sales tax if I used a credit card... no sales tax for cash.I brought it to the staff that there is never sales tax on a gift card purchases. They acknowledged it but said they don't charge sales tax on cash purchases... this is how the register is set up.Easy to see what this owner is doing and I have no direct issues with it; however, I'm not trusting paying for a gift card with cash under such obvious unethical behavior.And yes, I brought this to the staffs attentionUPDATE - MANAGER EMAILED ME AND OFFERED ME A GIFT CARD. I AGREED. AFTER 2 WEEKS AND NO GIDT CARD I REACH BACK OUT. FAST FORWARD ANOTHER 2 WEEKS AND STILL NOTHING.

Everything is always delicious but make sure to check any personalized cakes before leaving. The girl that assisted me was quick to put the cake in a bag & rush me out and then I realized why. She didn’t seem trained in writing on cakes. At least it was tasty.
Walked in an hour before close and asked for a specialty halloween shake. Employee stopped and stared for multiple seconds before admitting that he didn’t know how to make the shake and went to ask another employee. When i received the shake it looked nothing like the advertisement, completely different color/toppings and might as well have been a glass of milk because of the lack of ice cream. Very disappointed. My partner order another, regular shake and consistency was the same.
