We have been going to this Virginia Beach Carrabba's for many years. The food has always been tasty and very delicious. The staff are usually friendly, attentive, and check on you several times to see if you need anything. However, there have been times where we have gotten a waiter/waitress who was not very good. For instance, we've had to remind them that we were missing a food item or that we would like another drink. Thankfully this is very rare. We continue to go to Carrabba's because the food is very, very good. It's a little pricey but not too expensive. Would definitely recommend this restaurant!

I was just disappointed with the meatballs they were very mushy and not very tasty. I think frozen meatballs would have been better.

Me and my son came in Carrabba's and Regina was our waitress and she was completely amazing. We didn't have to ask for refills or anything she was on top of it. Her customer service was definitely a 10. I look forward coming back in there and we definitely will be asking for her. Thank you so much for the great experience.

Staff here is so poorly trained. Was greeted at the bar after 5 minutes. Waited another 15 to get a drink. Only 2 other people at the bar. Waited another 10 to place a food order. I tried to place my appetizer and my entree but was rudely cut off by the bartender who wouldn't let me put my entree in. So had to wait after my appetizer got there to order my entree. The phone at the bar rang non stop. Never got my bread. My broccoli was salty AF. Seriously take 2 seconds and train your bartenders to not ask guest if they need change.

For decent food, always a good choice. I like the one in Chesapeake more as the food is better and fast more responsive. But for a chain this o e in Lynnhaven is never a bad choice. This visit , however they took to many reservations and although we were 30 min early we had to wait over an hour to have over people (65-75) sit at the high top, that was reason for 4 stars...

Just last night, enjoyed a meal at Carrabba’s on Lynnhaven Pkwy. in Virginia Beach with a friend. The food was great, from the appetizers to our entrees.A lot of people only write reviews for bad experiences. However, their are only 5 stars above because I could not give more.Elijah is the best server at any, not just Carrabba’s, restaurant I’ve been to! Prompt, (approached a minute after being seated), respectful (rarely have I been addressed as “sir” or my dinner partner as ma’am by a server), attentive (two minute after a plate would it the table), he’s back…”is everything ok?” “can I get you something else?”We both felt the sincerity and pride from a young man striving for excellence! Making customers feel valued!I can’t say enough about this young man (19 y/o).Me and my dining mate, thinking a like, said, 20% on a $54.04 check would not be enough. Elijah deserved a little more, a tip equivalent to the service rendered. The $100 tip was earned and truly deserved! After a brief conversation, it became apparent, this was a young man with career goals, with a solid plan to attain them. Definitely mature beyond his years, we wish you all the best, as you start your career in law enforcement, Godspeed!

The food, atmosphere, and drink selection was wonderful! Everyone worked so hard when our waitress let us know they were short staffed! Food and drinks came out quickly and fresh! Our waitress was also very kind and checked up on us frequently. Definitely coming back again???

The service was horrible and we had to ask for everything where as the server should have asked before (ex drink refills, etc). The spaghetti and meatballs was brought out BEFORE the meatballs. The sign on the door ask people to wear masks(yes I did) but the employees have their masks below their noses. The mask does no good that way. It’ll be a long time before I return.

The food was amazing definitely will come back to this restaurant

I had the Pollo Rosa Maria, which was kind of salty. I also had the Mama Mandola's Chicken soup. The soup was excellent. They give you plenty of food. So, you can definately make a second meal.
