Horrible, rude staff! We will not go again!
Literally no one at this location knows what’s going on. The girl behind the checkout counter with the glasses told me my order was never placed or received AS the other girl (with a mask on. Long brown hair) brought it out to me. I told the one girl the app didn’t let me check the button for getting ranch with the meals and she said “no problem I’ll get them for you.” The girl with the glasses was rude and confused. Told me I couldn’t get ranch cause it wasn’t checked on the ticket . She then proceeded to hand me 5 drinks with no cup holder and said “well we don’t have any cup holders have a nice night”.The only reason I’m giving two stars is because because mask girl deserves more stars than anything. I’m starting to want to avoid this location as each time is getting worse and worse .
Just ordered pick up door dash from here requested it to be ready between 12:30-12:50. The tkt said it was ready at 12:23 and I picked it up at 12:37. It is a 6 min drive to my house from this location. Got home tried one of the fries in my daughter's kids meal and they tasted old and they were cold. My husband got a Signature chicken sandwich with fries and his fries tasted old and were cold as well. They tasted like they've been sitting for more than the 10 minutes before I picked them up almost like they were cooked several hours before. My husband enjoyed his sandwich. I got the wings and I've had Bdubs wings before but not from this location. I'm pregnant and all I've been wanting is bbq wings. I got a 10 piece, 5 bbq and 5 Korean BBQ. The sauce on the Korean BBQ wings were gross. They tasted almost like sweet plastic. The BBQ wings weren't much better. The chicken itself was disappointing, I can't describe why but I only had four out of my 10 wings.Overalls I'm disappointed that I wasted money here for the wings I really wanted. I've eaten at other Bdubs before and I've had the Korean BBQ and the regular BBQ before so I knew I liked them but this was just wasn't good. Not sure if I caught them on an off day or if it was because it's lunch time but not sure I would order from this particular location again.
Just ok. Portions are small, and prices don’t match the portions at all. Food wasn’t seasoned good at all. My daughter eats anything and she didn’t even want her burger because it was extremely bland.
Food was amazing and the customer service was flawless. And I want to thank Shannon for her outstanding customer service. I will definitely be back in the future
We placed an order on the Buffalo wild wings website for delivery for; 1. Chili queso dip 2. Double cheese curd burger and fries 3. 10 traditional wings and fries 4. 20 boneless wings 4. Buffalo ranch wrap with onion rings. When the food arrived we only received the chili queso dip and a bacon cheese burger, not even the correct burger or with a side. When I called the store the employee (as well as the driver) confirmed that food was handed to the driver by another employee and they only handed off a portion of the order. My husband reluctantly agreed to drive 20 min to the store to pick up the order, being that they would remake the food since it's now been an hr since it was first made. We were told that they would remake the food not received but they would not correct or even just remake the burger. We pleaded with AGM CHANDLER and even offered to bring the burger back in exchange for a fresh one ( we were not trying to get anything for free we didn't even need to it be the correct burger we already paid for just a hot one) and that by the time my husband would return it would have been 2 hrs since it was first made. All we wanted was for our family and friends to sit down to a hot meal. We explained WE WERE GOING OUT OF OUR WAY TO RIGHT THEIR WRONG but remaking or correcting the burger was just too much. Chandler was very rude, combative and down right unprofessional and hung up on my husband. Again I can't stress this enough were only asking for the order we paid extra to be delivered (that we were gonna pick up) be hot, nothing else. CHANDLER himself refunded my ENTIRE order after calling door dash, but just couldn't be bothered to just remake the burger. This makes no sense to me. I worked for Buffalo Wild Wings for 6 years, was a trainer, even helped open a store and have been a loyal customer ever since but this experience has left such a bad taste that we won't return.
Terrible service. They got our To go order completely wrong. When we discovered it was wrong when we got home, the manager on the phone told us there is nothing they can do. Worst customer service!! Will never eat at another BWW

I have had five awful experiences at other BWW and could not believe I was walking into another location for what I thought was going to be a 6th terrible time. When I entered, I was quoted a high wait time despite so many empty tables and was walking out the door when the manager told the host that they could accommodate us. We had prompt service with a completely accurate and frankly fantastic meal. I asked to talk to the manager and share my gratitude, and she informed me she was cooking today because there was only one cook. A manager that steps in and helps - that’s rare! Our server, Kypreah was an absolute joy - extremely personable and always making sure we were having a great experience. Will always come back here!
Haven't been to this location in a few years, and it has gone done hill. As soon as we walked in the smell of vomit and urine hit us and only got worse when we were seated. After a few minutes it became unbearable and we didn't even want to risk eating here.For BWW reference we were seated in the center booths near the servers station.
