I got to the place at around 9pm. I order a 10 PCs boneless , wing and 10 traditional. I was surprised that the other was in the table 2 min later. It was ice cold and very hard to cut with utensils. I ask the waiter to look at it and I even tried to cut a pc with out luck. He seems surprised. I got a new order of boneless wing. My French fries was also cold, but I am not a complainer and ate them cold. .
2/18/21 ordered to go for lunch around 2:15p. My fries were hard an tasted as if they were cooked in old grease. Wings were hard and not enough sauce (buffalo and garlic Parm) could definitely tasted better 2/5 stars
I mean... it was alright... Doesn't seem like the same since the last time I went a few years ago. The meat used to melt off the bones, especially when eating flats. Now, seems too overcooked. I'll try the burgers next time. Heard good things about it. I won't give up on bdubs just yet.
Service was good but the building is cold as heck and with snow on ground and winter people want heat not to be frozen .Food was good bit the cold is a big turn off and this is second buffalo wild wings that i thought i was on Antarctica or Alaska both are cold

Honestly I have been going to bww for a longtime. Tonight there were maybe 6 tables being waited on. It took about an hour to get our food. They didn’t bring all our food out and tried to bill us for it. Then they brought our corrected bill back, it was for more money then it started. Plus we used a $10 gift card that increased the bill even more. Complete BSOh and did I mention that they didn’t have much for beer choices.
Ordered to go. Checked the order in the car because often there is something missing. Most of the sides of fries were missing so I went back in to get them. The girl who was in charge of checking my order, Tiana, insisted they were in there and I was lying, trying to steal french fries! I offered her to come check my car, to make sure I wasn't hiding fries on the floor board! Unbelievable. To call your customer a liar to save your own face. This is one BW3 that I won't be coming back to and I would suggest you find another one to spend your money at as well. Management is MIA at this one.
Everytime I said I’m gonna give this place another chance I’m disappointed ever more than the last. 10pc of boneless wings this was so salty I couldn’t even eat it, plus it was $11 absolutely ridiculous. Could have went to McDonald got the same thing for less than $5. Food is absolutely disgusting. Don’t kno what has happened to this place food wasn’t like this before. I want my mom back.
I always come here and dine in. Today I just wanted to come home and enjoy my food. Guess I should had just ate in. Fries cold and gave me a half of a hand full. I asked for my wings go be extra cooked and wings not even fully cooked. I paid $42 for my family's dinner tonight and got $5 quality worth of food. Guess I have to find a new spot because this is no longer it.
First time ever going to Buffalo Wild Wings, I was very impressed. It wasn't busy and their Brisket burger was to die for.
