Worst service ever. Got there and not more than 2 people were in the restaurant and they were at the bar. Server didn’t introduce his name, took our orders, bought our drinks to us and then left. Didn’t say he was leaving and tell us we’re getting a new server. 15 mins later Brittany comes to introduce herself, we make mention we’re still waiting on the rest of our order, along with plates, silverware and napkins, She says give her a minute and then she’s gone for another 12 behind the bar…by now I’ve asked for another drink and after another 15 minutes the rest of our orders arrives. We asked for dressing and that came within 5, but by now we’re just ready to go. Other people who weren’t here before us had came in to dine already got there food and left while we were still waiting on wings!! Just wings!!!! We asked for boxes and Brittany just continued to give off this nonchalant attitude and it became a very uncomfortable experience. Simple communication goes a long way.

We hd the kindest waiter while visiting Virginia beach and coming across this BWW. She was very attentive and the food tasted great.The host and the rest of the waiters were also really nice. It was decently quiet on a Saturday afternoon and the food came quite fast.Nothing to complain about. Booth seating was comfortable as well!If you have any dogs, I’d recommend also visiting the new dog street store just a few doors down, walking east :)
Nice place to eat if you like sitting outside. the wings were pretty good.great customers service.
Great location near the oceanfront. Good food and friendly staff, plenty of sports to watch.
Went here for a late night (9:30 PM ) dinner. Only about 10 people in a huge restaurant. About what you would expect this time of year in a resort city. Inattentive service and marginal food. Not surprised.
GABE ... Awesome server, place was packed and he took great care of our 5 top! Food was definitely the normal standard for BWW. Food was pretty fast, hot and fresh. Bad things were no silverware, napkins and unfortunately the Cobb salad was pretty sad.. should of been made a lot better for the price but hey it's a wings place understandably.Overall good experience, Gabe definitely made it a good visit.
Great service and good food. Been 30 years since I've been back to the beach area and this was my first for experience when I got here. Very positive start to my vacation.
Ordered online on their website and the food arrived very cold. Looks like they used door dash to deliver it because door dash sent me a link and I noticed the driver drive all over town delivering other orders on the same trip before giving me my cold food. I like their food, but I'll never order delivery from BWW ever again.
If you have eaten at, or gotten take out from this location etc in the past week or so and gotten sick, it's because they allowed a cook to work, even though they had been exposed to COVID! Instead of quarantining this employee was still allowed to work until symptoms presented, which they did! This location has no concern for their employees or customers safety whatsoever! I do not recommend eating here at all, due to pure negligence!
