Worst customer service! I arrived @ 6pm with 3 others.. 1st walked in and nobody was there to greet us so we all sat down, a young male was just walking around and watched us stand there and never approached us..a staff member who was outside talking to friends/family walked inside and asked if we had been helped & i said no..so he walked us to a table that had someone's credit card bill on the table (obviously the table wasnt cleaned) he ended up being the bartender.. so he left the bar unattended to go chit chat outside.. Our waiter went to take our order and didnt have a pen so he walked around asking everyone for a pen and nobody had one..ordered our drinks and 3 appetizers.. side salad, fried pickles and chips/salsa..10 min later 3 of our drinks came out which was 1 water and 2 sodas.. 5 min later the fried pickles came out.. at 6:40 the 2nd appetizer came out of chips/salsa.. 10 min later 3/4 food orders came out.. 2 orders of small wings, and a chicken wrap.. now the 4th person is still waiting for their strawberry lemonade drink and their food which was just a chicken Caesar salad.. I go to the woman's bathroom and it was disgusting..toilet paper and trash all over the floor and it stunk.. a staff member walked in which she just came onto shift change.. told her this was gross and she looked like it wasn't the 1st time she had been told that before. My daughters wings were all dry, the wrap/Potato wedges were gross and the size of the wings were ment for a 2 yr old. A staff member approached who seemed to be a mgr..asked if everything was OK and I said no.. I had to ask for napkins and silverware.. when we were almost done w our food then they finally bring out the lemonade and salad.. I told the waiter that I was still waiting on my appetizer which was a side salad but to cancel it bc I didn't want it anymore. I would also complain that some of the staff members should work on their hygiene. Also there was only 5 maybe 6 other customers in there when we got there.. had plenty of staff members even though the young male who looked like a buss boy.. just walking around looking for something to do. I will NOT be returning.. Thanks to a staff member named James for apologizing. The place is paying more money on electricity & paying staff members then actually doing production.

Ordered food online for delivery. Took over an hour to receive. Got my order incomplete. Called so they can resend the food and drinks that were missing from my order. They tried to have me drive back to the store location instead of having someone come back out. Instead I opted to receive a refund. Takes 5 business days for a refund don’t even know if they really refunded my money. Horrible experience and the food was disgusting. Never again.

Terrible service overall.1) I waited 25 minutes for a take out order2) Customer service was atrocious. Was handed the wrong order by the staff & when I came back and told the staff she was dismissive & uncaring. Left waiting with no apology or thanks for coming back.3) Was not told about not bogo boneless Thursday when placing my order.

I am not a happy customer. Ordered and paid for my food PLUS TIPS. Went to pick up 35 minutes later. No food. I had to ask what's going on. The cashier said "oh someone stole your food and we have to make a new one for you" waited another 20 mins. Food came and the lady said with an attitude that I am more than welcome to check my food if I want to. No apology from anyone at the restaurant. No any compensation (a cup of drink, a bag of celery sticks or something) for having to waste my time waiting for another 20 minutes. Also, did not get all the condiments that I requested and the one i got was wrong. They gave me 2 celery sticks and 2 carrots?!!! Are they freaking serious?! What a fraud. I want my money back.Never going back to this location again.

Skip this restaurant if you want quick lunch. Ordered on their website today. Order said it would take 1.5 hours to complete. 1 hour into order the status hadn't moved. Called store to inquire about the status of my order and they informed me they never received an order to my name at all. I requested to cancel my order. 15 minutes later, the tracker shows they're making the order. They finally emailed back to confirmed it was cancelled. I really wanted my big lunch order not to cancel it. Not sure who is running this operation, but wow! Might want to look into why your internet orders are showing up as ghost orders even though the store processes your credit card.

My husband and I spend ALOT of money at this establishment over the years. I understand shortages and long wait times due to staffing shortages and uncertainty of products coming in. I work retail myself so I know. However, I’m pretty sure that there is someone who should be checking to go orders before they arrive to the customer and this is the 3rd time that we have ordered to go after my husband has spent money at the bar waiting on our food and he come home home with a sampler that has just chips and nothing else on it. He’s asked for chili, chicken and jalapeños,however he gets home and there’s none of the above plus it’s ice cold. This place has gone down hill even before the pandemic started. I suggest you get it together and figure something out quick.

Every time we order online our order either doesn’t arrive or is incorrect. We keep trying and giving them the benefit of a doubt, but dang, after 5 times of errors, we will NEVER order from them again. They are completely clueless!

I ordered online for my food order, I arrived at the location when it said it was ready. I entered, was asked for my order name and there began the wait with two other people also waiting on their orders. About 20 minutes goes by and another worker asks for my order name, neither of the workers came back to tell me anything. Another 10 minutes goes by and I walk to find a worker to ask about my order, she does come back and said they never got it on their side and that a manager would be out shortly to talk to me. The wait continued when finally the manager comes and tells me that only half of the order printed on the receipt and it didn't show the name of the customer on it, confirmed the rest of the order and waited longer. Finally after 50 minutes of waiting I get my food. Get home and I'm missing 2 items, and the rest of the food was stone cold and gross. Definitely not worth the $60 I spent on that place. I completely understand the short staff issue. What I do not understand is not asking the 8 groups of people standing by the front (ALL waiting on to-go orders) who's order the incomplete receipt was for 50 minutes while half my food was stone cold and the other half was gross.

I have eaten here twice and tried to make a to-go order and all were absolute horrible experiences. It is by my work and I love Buffalo Wild Wings so I wanted to give them a chance to redeem themselves because I absolutely love the one at Upton, staff and food is always 100% amazing but OMG this location is the complete opposite. Food and drinks take forever, which I can sympathize with staff shortages but at-least care enough to voice that to your customer. Never once has anyone there gone out of their way to even seem kind. And every single time we are standing at the front for atleast 10-15 min with the staff just walking around us not even acknowledging us standing there. This is my first google review I’ve ever written cause I hate to complain but I am praying they see the reviews and fix the problems! I want so bad to be able to enjoy this place for my lunch break. And also please start answering your phones! I tried to place an order for lunch, no answer, go into the restaurant and barely anyone even eating there and once again just stood upfront while all workers ignored me. I just left.
