How do you walk in a pizza parlor at 7:30 on a Thursday night and they have no cold beer. The girls said no beer in the refrigerator, we had to get it out of the storage room a (Miller light). We ordered a ham and cheese sub, 12 wings, and a pepperoni pizza. We got a glass of ice for the beer, the ham and cheese was good. No white wine, Chianti red was the only wine they had. The food comes 20 minutes later, the wings are cold, no pepperoni on the pizza, and the waitress says they forgot the pepperoni and it’ll take another 30 minutes to make the pizza. We’re backed up. Are you kidding me, HORRIBLE
We went to Brothers Pizza today because we have seen countless ads stating that on Sundays and Mondays they have $0.69 wings when dining in. My husband and I went there, sat down in the dining room and ordered the 69 cent wings. We were then told by our waitress that they don't do 69 cent wings on Sundays. My husband held up their most recent ad to show the waitress where in large dark print it stated that they indeed advertised 69 cent wings. Her response was, "Oh, well we discontinued that." I still wanted wings, so I paid the $1.50 each went you get 10 or more, over twice the price they should have been. We're they worth $1.50 each? Definitely not!
Arrived and was greeted and seated immediately. No issues here. Was seated and observed a bartender working hard so understanding her being busy. Again, no issues. My issue was witnessing a random employee standing in the dining room staring in my direction while not being greeted by a server for a good minute. I thought my eye contact would prompt some service but no. I witnessed him and two other employees walk past my table to gather into the bartenders area to talk. I went to the hostess stand/to-go pickup to ask if I could order through them since clearly three employees were too busy to greet us and take our order when we had been waiting for 15 minutes. She said that the owner was very particular about that type of thing and wouldn't do it. I was appalled at response and decided to leave. I'm sorry but as a business owner I would think that the priority would be to have customers PURCHASE food rather than deciding that you are particular about who takes orders to make you money. Anyone in the food service industry knows that you can buy time just greeting someone. I have been a loyal customer for years and I stopped ordering delivery because of ridiculous delivery times and love the food so much to pickup but THIS is insane. I can't continue to support an owner who is "particular about how a customer orders" to literally be ignored by that same person in their dining room.
One of the best independent pizza places around. Great food and the staff is on point with the service. Updated 4-29-22 brought my daughter and her friend again tonight around 5:20. We were seated by the bar in the left hand side. The young lady who took care of us did an amazing job. I wish I could remember her name. Truly outstanding restaurant and the staff is awesome.
My family and I have been regulars at this restaurant for many years. I ordered carry out two nights ago. When I arrived to pick up my order I was told it was be a few minutes. I sat down at a booth in the front area. The young lady who helped me went and sat down a few booths away from me with a few of her co-workers. They were all wearing Brothers shirts. They proceeded to start talking about and making fun of one of their co-workers. They were calling her dumb and stupid and just be very malicious laughing and carrying on at this persons expense who was not present. I listened to this nonsense for about 3 minutes wondering why they're all just sitting around in the first place. It became intolerable and I proceeded. to tell them they're behavior is inappropriate at the workplace and just overall ugly and mean. One of the girls stood up and checked on my order because they clearly wanted me out of there, as she handed me my order she quietly said "I didn't say anything" I remarked back yes you did honey and you would be so hurt if people were talking about you like that behind your back. I was so thankful my family wasn't with me to witness this audacious behavior. I sent an email and have yet to hear a response. It appears that this company is okay with bullying and allows this kind of behavior from their employees, I will no longer be giving them my business.
I love their food. The Broluxe Pizza, wings, Fettuccini Alfredo with Chicken, and Fried oreas are my favorites. The servers, front desk and mangers are always friendly and helpful.?
Like burnt pizza and coming up short on your wings! This is your place. They’ll even promise you a refund to make you feel better. But it isnt coming. Used to be a good spot, best to SKIP IT, spend your money someplace else.
Yeah, tonight is officially the last night I waste money at brothers pizza. The last couple times it's just gotten worse and worse and tonight was the final straw. The Alfredo barely had any sauce in it and three shrimp. You'd expect for almost twenty dollars a plate it's be a lot nicer. My partner ordered custom spaghetti and the sauce was a cream color? And y'all didn't even take the effort to blend the chicken he wanted in the dish. Again almost twenty dollars of a plate that I had to reprep for him and make red sauce at home for him with a screaming baby. AND then do y'all not how to count? I ordered a six garlic knot order and there was only five. So for a sixty dollar meal I'm completely upset and livid and I'm literally never returning. I'll literally disgusted.
We had never been here but decided to give it a try! First off… the menu has so many choices of great food, I was already picking out what I was getting next time ! Then the food came out quickly , and it was amazing! We had a large table and they accommodated us great! Would definitely recommend!!
Extensive new menu since I was here last. Outside of the norm for a pizza place. Our waitress kept forgetting things to bring to us and there was a very cold draft coming in from the back door so I had to keep my coat on the whole time. But the pizza was good.
