Love me a Bojangles steak or sausage or chicken biscuit. The Bo rounds are the best. Plus they have their fried chicken and dirty rice and Cajun French fries ready fairly early in the morning. In and out in 3 minutes usually. Love it.
Fries are ALWAYS soggy and never seasoned. Biscuits are 6 times out of 10 nice and crispy. Food tastes as if it were rush. They are definitely doing quantity over quality.
Delicious food as always but what makes this spot truly amazing is the staff. Super friendly, cheerful, and willing to do what it takes to make a customer's experience positive. Thank you!
Always had a good experience at this location. They get your order correct and don't take long to prepare your food. That's all I ask from a fast food place.
The chicken is crispy and fresh, however make sure you have your sauce before driving off. I have ordered food from them on two separate occasions where they forgot to put the dipping sauce in the bag. Other than that it is step above KFC.
The food always comes out delicious.. but EVERY single time I've gone to this location over the past year (around once a month) they have screwed up my order. Every. Single. Time. The one on little creek does a much better job.Also, staff is 50/50. Either the friendliest in the world (older staff) or horrible disgusting attitudes (usually younger). Not too surprised and what I expect in most of Hampton roads.
The friendliest staff I have ever encountered! Many of them have been there for over 15 years and the owner is in the kitchen. Fast service, good prices and excellent southern-style food. The biscuits are the star of the show- flaky, tender, and fresh. I personally recommend the country ham biscuit.
The biscuits are consistently wonderful and flakey. We love the steak biscuits, but the sausage and egg are a close second. One of our favorite things to order is the hash rounds. They are always fresh and hot out of the fryer.
It was a terrible experience , slow , employees completely uninterested in serving customer and very interested in dancing around and playing. Trash all over the floor , very slow service , wasn't sure what I ordered. The following week ( I go there almost weekly) 7 cars on line and no movement, I pulled out of the line without ordering. It will be a while before I get brave enough to go back
Just chicken from Bo's, but the morning crew here makes all the difference! Some of the ladies have been there forever and they know and care about their customers. This is our favorite Bo's location.
