Have Literally never been to Bojangles before. I certainly plan on returning I think their chicken sandwich is better than Chick-fil-A's, Although they could make their buns just a little bit bigger. The side selections are awesome! I had the dirty rice, the French fries and the mashed potatoes with gravy. All of them were outstanding. Kids had the Mac and cheese which was also really good, my son said it was his favorite now.
I just stopped in and ordered a two piece meals and asked for fresh fries. The lady stated some just came up. I said perfect and then when we get to the window the fries were clearly old fries they just dropped in grease again. We told the short blonde/color-dyed haired girl with piercings in her lips, who was at the window and took our order that the fries were old so she took back the old fries they gave us then huffed and asked for someone to drop, “a handful of fries”. While we’re waiting for fresh fries I bit into the chicken and it was also old and dried up from sitting under a heat lamp too long. I didn’t feel like asking for fresh chicken too because she already seemed irritated that I expected fresh food. She then comes back to the window and hands the fries to us and says, “ here ya go” and walked away. Not one time did she apologize but instead seemed irritated I asked for fresh food at 5:22 pm on a Saturday. I will not eat at this Bojangles again, the food was old and nasty… even the new fries seemed old… maybe try changing the grease more frequently and treating customers kindly instead of looking like you hate your job would be a nice start for her, and stop lying to customers and serving old food. I’d gladly wait if I need to over eating old food dropped in grease so it “seems” fresh.
Every time I visit this establishment I regret it; however, yesterday was by far the worst experience I have ever endured and will no longer spend my money here. Not only was the staff rude but I watched a young lady grab numerous things including the red cleaning bucket all without gloves and then proceeded to close and bag up my food all without washing her hands mind you. When I requested to have my stuff repacked due to the lack of hand hygiene the young lady decided to have an attitude and try to defend her actions. I am not one to complain but I find it very disgusting and disrespectful for you to not wash your hands prior to handling anything to do with food. I do hope that this helps but I was very appalled by everyone’s actions yesterday and better staffing is needed.
Had to use a credit card and didn't get a receipt, when I ask for one the lady said no and said I don't know what to tell you, very unsatisfied, there is always a problem at that store

I was just served by some of the kindest staff. I really enjoyed my visit.
We came today (April 3, 2022 at 1:00pm) to your location for the first time. Our food was great. That was not the problem. The problem was the manager at this location needs fired. My husband and I felt extremely sorry for the employees that worked under her. She was down their throats, threatening them, literally harassing each employee about everything all in front of customers. Constant yelling at them. She needs a reality check. This is how employers end up with no employees is because of bad managers and she’s one of them! I hope she sees this review and thinks twice on how she is treating her workers with how mouthy she is to them. We asked for a dipping sauce because we got chicken fingers and one of the workers was about to hand us the sauce when the manager comes over and says “that will come out of your raise since you’re just giving our free sauces” She consistently told the one girl she wasn’t working hard enough when the girl was running back and forth to take orders outside to drive through as fast as she could. Our family watched her treat the employees like this the whole time we were there. It was truly sad how much negativity and harassment she did. We won’t come back to this location as long as we have to witness a manger like that. She needs a major reality check. Wish I would have gotten her name.
Every time me and my family travel. The people who work there are always so nice and sweet. They have excellent customer service and it’s always very clean. And the food is always hot when I get it.
I’ve seen an improvement at this location recently. They used to mess my order up a lot and take a long time to make chicken tenders. I’ve noticed new staff members. Everyone is very friendly, food is good and orders are accurate.
We got in line to order and the person on the headset was so rude. At first he was like hey I'll be with you in a minute which he could've just left it at that like most other fast food restaurants do. But instead he said I'll be with you in a minute before you say anything else I'm kinda of busy right now. But the way he said it was extremely rude. I understand with having a staff shortages like everywhere is having including where I work but he did not have to say it like that. But instead of continuing to say and ordering, we left and decided to go to a different fast food restaurant.
