Honestly the chicken is quite good, but the staff at this location are understaffed and that leaves the dining room doors locked, even when hours of operation are open I was told so they can monitor who is in the restaurant, but when I was "allowed" inside I was made to feel I needed to order my food to go and there was a reiteration of that from the lady at the register when she asked her manager or boss if this is a to-go order and if they were allowed to have me eat inside. I really felt uncomfortable interacting with the staff here so for now I will discontinue my visits here. Just stick to drive thru because it seems they want no human interaction other than the drive thru lines. Js
Me and my family just moved over here by Bojangles. We have been to this Bojangles a few times. When I tell you, they got mad at me for asking for a fresh BO chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken was so dried up like it was sitting in the heat rack. The chicken sandwich It was sooo hard I could not chew it And also OlD salty fries. Today 3/8/22 we ordered 3 Bo sandwiches. We asked that they are fesh due to our few past experiences. When we got to the window, I seen that the black guy in the back had two chicken sandwich on the table being prepared. They told us to pull up. Once we receive our food, we notice that only ONE sandwich was fresh and everything else was old. Y'all really tired it. I will no longer order from you guys. It's not our fault that the sandwiches are Old!!! If we cant chew it it's nothing we can do. They didn't want to fix us fresh fries at that with the nasty attitudes. We could have asked for a full refund but was trying to give you guys a CHANCE!
This has consistently good food and I go there consistently and no every member of the staff and they are always friendly and courteous and the chicken is always the best around.
Was very hot and delicious! Perfectly seasoned fries , buttery hot biscuits and the sweet tea was yummy ..Very good!
Amazing service at this location! Ordered three orders of chicken supremes. One box had four huge tenders, one had three huge and four small, and one had two huge and probably six or seven stalls. Definitely got our money’s worth! The staff was super friendly and the food was incredibly fresh! We’ll definitely come back to this location for sure
I am a frequent customer at Bojangles. I went and purchased an eight pack with biscuits on Friday, when I got home the chicken was a little dry, I called Bojangles and talked to Kelly the manager and she was kind enough to replace my order with fresh fried chicken. I will continue to be a customer and I love Bojangles' chicken. Thank you Kelly.
Forewarning, they yell your order individually while ordering. Highly inconvenient. Food was cold and waty over priced for my opinion.

Yuck. Old dried out chicken served here. Sides were stale. Meal not edible. The worst meal ever. Straight to the trash! See photos.
Ordered the chicken n steak biscuits. The country fried steak was fresh but my biscuits were hard. I will admit, the young lady was working by herself and doing her best though.
