The huge signs denying entry to those who are not willing to wear masks that cover both noses and mouths were reassuring that BJs is complying to our governor’s orders. However, many customers chose not to comply without regard to posted rules.
They’ve moved some things around, but still have great deals. I love that I can still use coupons from thr BJs app. Heard paper coupons will be continued soon- yeah!
When my membership comes up for renewal I do not plan to renew because the service at checkout is ridiculous for senior citizens. Today there was, again, one service assisted checkout for all customers and the line was backed up. I spent over $200 and had to take my full cart to the self checkout line. The items were held up twice at checkout because certain items were not scanning correctly in your database. Furthermore, at 74 I don't think I want to support a store that treats its customers this way with poor checkout service. If I wanted to checkout my shopping items, I'd go to WalMart or some other place. To treat your customers this way is inconsiderate. Please reconsider this poor policy for your store. It wasn't this way when I joined and so I want you to know how many of us feel.
Avoid this place. Customer service is a train wreck. If you are from out of town, might as well go F**k yourselves.
Why did they get rid of their food court? Makes zero sense to me.
