On the main beach access, it was small had friendly people working there, and the line moved quickly. The cons was,just like any other venues on the beach very expensive for the size of the ice cream.
We stay at the hotel across the street whenever we come to VA Beach and come here every day. Hard to find anything to complain about when it comes to Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. Always so good and couldn’t be more conveniently located for us to visit.

Im not a big fan of ice cream but my boyfriend was so happy. Hes celiac and they had a straight forward allergy menu ((: plenty of gluten free options and my little sister said the cookie ice cream was yummy!
This Location only had two dairy-free options available. The Super Market, and Walmart have a wider variety than the Ben and Jerry's actual location, go figure.
Visiting from PA. Had the wings and the smoked salmon appetizers. Both were delicious!! But if I lived nearby I would definitely return just for the smoked salmon appetizer!!!!!!! Awesome!

Strawberry cheesecake shake was awesome. The banana split looked amazing as well. Great customer service.
