The location is near the Boardwalk so very good, also when it is not directly on the beach (you have to cross the street. The Pool is on the second floor and good for that Hotel. The Rooms are big and good to host even a Family off 4 with a little Room with Micro wave and Refrigerator and a little pantry. The negativ is that it needs some work and does not look like in the pictures. Price is OK due to the fact it is Virginia Beach.
Easy check-in and check out, comfortable room, nice 2nd floor swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and accessible. Facilities need remodeling badly. Beds are comfortable but furniture is old and way out of style. TV a little small but enough channels. Cement on stairs chipping off and only one elevator for the entire complex. A block off the beach with plenty of dining and entertainment options! If not spending a lot of time in your room then this a perfect spot at a good dollar value.
Pricey for what they offer. Place can be cleaner. AC in the unit was too loud to have a good night sleep. Location is really good, that’s basically the only good thing about this place. Not sure if I will stay there again.
Came to work the Neptune Festival, long hard hours after a 13 hour drive. Decent motel if your there as a tourist, if your there to work pay more to stay somewhere quieter. Beds were not so comfortable either. Fresh coffee and breakfast helped.

The hotel is older but clean and well kept. Staff was extremely courteous, pleasant and helpful. I love the pool design with the waterfall over the rocks. The location is great with just one block to the beach and many shops and restaurants nearby.
The tan guy with dyed blonde curls was very polite and a good conversationalist and when preparing my meal made it his obligation to wear gloves and ensure only the safest and best way of preparing my hot dog and drink! Lucky I ran into such an awesome place with even more awesome customer service
Cute little hot dog hut. Hard working young man helped us. Food was fantastic and grilled right in front of us. Chill atmosphere with a groovy hot dog artist. Let's put this place on the map!!

This is a family friendly, clean, respectable oceanfront landside hotel with a pool, near restaurants, activities, and the ocean. A wonderful place! It is not a boogie foo foo hotel with room service...that's down the street at $350 a night.
