Ordered online their d.i.y sundae kit and apparently they were out of EVERYTHING . Vanilla ice cream NONE. Cookies an cream NONE. Whipped cream NONE. Cherries NONE. Hot fudge and peanut butter sauce NONE . How are you and ice establishment and run out of basic ice cream and toppings? Beyond disappointing and unreasonable
On Google, it said they closed at 10pm. Well, we arrived around 7:50pm, walked in and ordered our ice cream, we were disappointed by the limited selections, sat down to eat our ice cream, and then we were rushed out the door at 8pm. The employee said they closed at 8pm and they had to leave. Disappointing experience.
They need a lesson in customer service.
Just got a doordash order, we ordered a Sunday kit and they were out of the stuff for the Sunday kit. Instead of just giving us two quartz of the ice cream they gave us one scoop of ice cream. The Sunday kit is $30 for two quartz of ice cream and three toppings so why they didn’t just give us the two quartz is beyond me, and when I called them twice both employees were unhelpful /: they didn’t even include the receipt in the bag. Also the milkshake I also got was not good lolEdit: they probably read the order as “Sunday kid’s” because they gave us a kids size Sunday lol, which is understandable. But they still could’ve offered a replacement when I called and I would’ve been happy to pick it up, but nah they just told me to get a refund from doordash /: Should’ve been better customer service since we spent almost $75 there and they’re the ones who made an easily fixable mistake. At least the doordash customer service was nice lmao.
My fiancé and myself went to Baskin Robbins because Dairy Queen was packed. I ask for a strawberry milkshake. They’re out apparently. No big deal, so I ask for a vanilla instead. They literally gave me a cup of milk. According to the girl that was working the window, “That’s how they come” This place is a joke. Wait in the Dairy Queen line
Horrible! Had no ice cream flavors to even choose From! I then asked for a waffle cone, they were out of them. I then asked for fudge on my sundae, and they were also out of it. Had about 6 flavors left that clearly nobody wanted. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. This might as well just be a Dunkin’ Donuts and not even an ice cream shop!
