I’m 19 weeks preganant and I’ve been wanting chocolate custard from Rita’s but every time we try to go they are closed or packed.My husband suggested we try Aqua S tonight and it hit the spot! Their soft serve is very custard like. We got one small bowl and it was plenty for my son and I to share. My husband got a chocolate sea salt milkshake that was also really good. Almost had a hint of a caramel flavor without being caramel. Hard to describe but delicious none the less. We will absolutely be back.

Words can’t describe how wonderful the taste and experience is here at Aqua S. The owner is so sweet and has such a giving heart. The taste of each flavor is top notch made with quality ingredients you can’t get just anywhere. There is so much thought put into all they do to make sure that EVERYONE has the very best experience as well as has what they need and or want. They also have a big heart for the community to serve, help others, and give back to those in need. They will also always have a dairy free option if you need one. I highly recommend this soft serve ice cream location as you will not be disappointed!!
If you’re tired of the same old flavors served at most ice cream places, this one’s got you covered. The black sesame and Horchata flavors hit pretty hard.
Delicious! Sometimes we get overwhelmed with too many choices for yummy dessert places. This is a great place to go with family and the kids loved the “fairy floss” aka cotton candy! My other daughter loved the pop rocks and we all love their chocolate cones. It’s not too far from the Oceanfront tourist area.
We finally find the time to stop by Aqua S this week with my wife and 4 kids. It’s a very clean and nice looking ice cream place.The owner and the staff are so kind and let you taste all those unique flavors. This is an ice cream I never eat before so I was really surprised and impressed. Later on I learned that all the ingredients are the best quality and all over from the world, I was very pleased to stop by. We are planning to have our daughters birthday here so all her friends can experience all these amazing products.We have been trying to cut the amount of sugar we are eating and these ice creams are perfect for those keeping a healthy diet but wants a taste of guilt every now and then.
We drove up from North Carolina to try this spot after seeing it on WVEC's Friday Flavor. First of all, the customer service was stellar! Met the owner and her husband and both were super friendly. They gave us tastes of all their ice cream flavors which reminded me alot of like frozen yogurts and crossed with Italian gelato. In fact, the owner explained that their machines came from Italy because they make the best Gelato ice creams. They developed 100 flavor recipes and use about 6 to 8 flavors per month. We tried the Belgium chocolate which I have to say you could taste the premium ingredients. Also tried the pineapple and then the sea salt. This month's mystery flavor was their black Hawaiian and taro which you can get swirled. So sea salt was delish and had a nutty undertone which pairs well with their fairy halo that is actually cotton candy. You can also add their pop rock sprinkles. The black Hawaiian is a coconut flavor. The taro is from the purple sweet potato or yam and has a caramelish kind of taste and was such a unique combo. I got the toasted marshmallow topping which was such a perfect compliment complete with an edible chocolate stick. We will definitely make the trip back up from North Carolina again to visit this sweet spot. As a final note, they do have a reward program for points you can save for free merchandise AND they do offer military discounts. My family and I loved this spot.
Unique Ice Cream Shop with unique flavors that taste wonderful. I love the Halo Floats. They have cake pops and the best soft serve ice cream in our area. Come check them out. The place is very open and bright. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I will be coming again and hosting some client events here too. Give them a shot if you are in the Red Mill Area of Virginia Beach.
