Considering today is Easter, I think the staff was stretched a bit thin. It took longer to get our initial drinks than it did the food! Also took a while to get takeout boxes and the bill.Other that that all the staff we encountered we very courteous and helpful.Although, it would nice to hear staff say (before we exit) that they hope to see us again!
Very slow service and it was not that busy. Food was warm and dry. We ordered simple items-chicken tenders and french fries. I know they can not control the amount of breading on the products but it would be nice for them to check with other venders for a higher quality product. Will not be coming back.
The food was okay, our server was excellent. I think they just need to remodel the place cause it just has a weird smell. I can't remember if they still have like any carpet in there but carpet holds smells and the seating area in the front the cushions need to be upholstered again.
Waitress VICTORIA D took forever getting to the table, customer service was terrible, appetizer chips were burnt. Service so bad we took our lunch to go. Used to love this applebees will no longer come to this location.
Sherry was our waitress and she was outstanding!! We received excellent food and excellent service. Ask for Sherry. Applebees needs to keep her. She is an excellent employee. I hire staff routinely and I recognize exemplary qualities. Thank you Sherry.
They were shorthanded at lunch and there was one gentleman running the bar and waiting tables and only one other waitress and they did an AMAZING job facing that issue. Everything was very good.
Great service, absolutely abysmal food. The steak was basically inedible, nearly impossible to cut, and didn’t even look like steak
I used to love the bourbon street steak. It was one of my all time favorite steaks and I have had a variety of steaks at all price ranges. It was a terrible steak I was served just the other night. It was tuff with lots of gristle and lacked the extreme bourbon street flavor I was accustomed to. I had not been there in years and thought I would give it a try. Now I see why I quit going there. On a good note the waitress was ok and it was clean enough.
At first it was starting out great, we got seated within 5-10 minutes and got our drinks as well. It wasn’t as busy since there were under 10 groups of people together. Although the wait for our food was long, it wasn’t exactly warm which indicated it was probably sitting out for a period of time. Our host never really asked if any of us wanted refills for our drinks, we had to which I thought was poor customer service because they didn’t visit our table periodically throughout our night there either. Food would’ve been very good if it was warm enough. All together my group and I’s experience could’ve been better there at that location.
The wonton tacos are great. The vampire drink was ok. The waiter was great and he was polite and had a great attitude
