Folds under pressure:I go in to get two drinks I ordered from offline. The store was packed, staff running around like crazy. I was order #65 and they were calling orders behind me. I then walked over to the pick up counter and saw both of my drinks sitting in the back. I was respectful and waited till a staff member came over to hand me the drinks. However, it took him 2 mins to look at the drinks and tell which ones go together. Once he hands me the drinks the smoothie I ordered was completely melted. It is very easy to see that when the staff has lots of orders they fold under pressure. If you go I would recommend going at a time they aren’t very busy.
I went to buy 5 sea salt coffees all with jelly and no ice, i was shocked when i got them because they were not even filled half way, jelly was barely added and no white cream just a dark brown coffee. I asked why its so little they said the coffee is concentrated and measured and thats how it is. I am super disapointed, ive been drinking their sea salt coffees for a long time now and never had i received this little amount. (Previous orders where from fairfax location, this happened in Sterling.) Sad to say that i am no longer going to be buying sea salt coffees from them again. ?
I absolutely love this place, they have a big variety of tea, my favorites are strawberry milk, and mango milk tea, but I have tried other flavors too the are all very tasty. Service is good and staff is very nice. Recommend!
Been coming to this Teadm since it opened. When i’m away for college I miss this place a lot. Great tea and topping variety, also pretty friendly for those with lactose intolerance as they have dairy free creamers. My favorite drink to get is the Black Sea Salt Assam Tea
I’ve had bad boba and I have had great boba and all the times I’ve came here it’s been amazing. The staff is friendly and the drinks are always amazing. I’ve had the SeaSalt Coffee and it’s amazing and I love the Mango Bubble Tea as well. Definitely recommend!

Love this spot! I’ve been here a handful of times and just noticed that they recently added some new items to the menu or I don’t know if they’ve been there and I just never realized it. I ordered the peach party and it’s now my new go to drink!!!
30 minutes after placing my order and they gave an excuse why they never started working on our drinks. Unfortunately this is not the first or second time. It's a repeated problem. Customer service needs big time improvement.
I love bubble tea and consume it regularly. I’ve been to many different bubble tea establishments around the DMV. I came to TeaDM during closing on a Sunday was greeted by a friendly staff who helped recommend their bestsellers. I’m a big fan of brown sugar-type of bubble teas as I consider those to be the most authentic type. She recommended the Okinawa Milk Tea and it did not disappoint. It was well made and they also made it with decaf black tea for me. Great flavor without tasting watered down. I’ll be back.
Gave this place a try after seeing a low 4 star rating on social media. Staff was courteous and provided speedy service. Ordered my go-to taro milk tea with tapioca and was disappointed. The milk tea is pretty diluted and not all too flavorful. Tapioca was a bit tough to chew. Been to a handful of bubble tea places in DMV that make much better bubble tea.
