Ordered $30 worth of food here for 2 people. Mine specifically was a Crunchy taco supreme and a quesadilla. I’ve ordered this meal for many years and have always been full and unable to finish.Today, Taco was made wrong though my only request was that it didn’t have tomatoes-they put tomatoes. Both quesadilla and taco were so thinly made that the taco tasted as if I were only eating lettuce in a shell. Half the quesadilla had no chicken in it. After thirty dollars, I was still hungry….If you like lettuce tacos, this is your place…..
I placed a order on 6/11/22 and while I was eating I found pieces of hair in my food. I called into the store and spoke to an employee who stated she would speak to the manager and I could come in the next day to pick up a new order. I went in and ordered, got to the window, and the manger proceeded to tell me that only one of my burritos had hair in it so she was only going to replace that item. DO YOU TRULY THINK I ATE THE OTHER 2 ITEMS WHEN I FOUND HAIR IN THE FIRST ONE! SHE FINALLY GAVE ME MY NEW ORDER, WITH AN ATTIDUE AND MAKING COMMENTS TO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE, AFTER TRYING TO GET ME TO PAY FOR THEM. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The food is about as good as what you'd expect. If doing drive- thru, always check your food before leaving the parking lot. The accuracy is hit or miss. One time they switched our order with someone else's. I spoke with the manager but the only recourse was to drive back and get our order. They did throw in some cinnamon twists. Last week our party pack had 9 instead of 12 soft taco supremes. I couldn't reach anyone on the phone and decided not to bother getting it corrected.
I had a problem with Uber eats. I placed an order and right before it was supposed to be delivered uber said it was cancelled by Taco Bell. I went in and spoke directly with Ulysses. He was professional and respectful and EXTREMELY helpful in explaining the process and how it was never recieved on their end. He helped to make this difficult situation right. I really appreciate all of his help. Ulysses did great!!
The only Taco Bell that doesn't screw up my ice tea order. They actually asked if I want sweet or unsweetened tea. Highly recommend!
I ordered my food and when I got home (20 minutes away) half of my order was missing and the rest of the food was of very poor quality. I called the store and spoke with the manager and she transferred me to the general manager and his name is Johnathan Sorto. Not only did he not solve my problem, he responded with “there is nothing I can do” and that his crew is “just humans” justifying that it’s okay to have made this mistake.This is the first time I’m experiencing an issue with Taco Bell and that way you lost my business and I will make sure I rate this restaurant so others can benefit from my experience.
I really love their fried chicken tacos, and absolutely love that you can substitute meat for beans or delicious potatoes! The staff are also great and easily make accommodations such as no cheese and whatnot. If they do make a mistake, there is no fuss about them remaking it for you as long as you aren't rude about it.
I'll be honest with you. This was the best Taco Bell I've head in at least 2-3 years. Hot, fresh, made correctly, and good.
The employees are very disorganized at this location. I placed an order on the kiosk and the people in the back pretended to not acknowledge it and kept asking if I needed to be helped. I also ordered two boxes tonight and they did not come in boxes, the items were just thrown into a bag. Like why would you do this? The order was for two separate people but then it all got thrown together.The items were also not wrapped tightly and partially open. The people who packed my order also forgot items in my box and all sauces and when I reminded them they all just seemed confused about what was wrong. Please provide additional training to your staff on customer service, organization, and time management.
Very frustrated! We are vegetarian and ordered through the mobile app (which is nice by the way). By the time we got home and started eating, none of the customization had been made and there was meat in the food!! Needless to say, we went hungry tonight!
