I always stop by this Starbucks on the way to the Greensboro Metro. Very convenient location. Fast, clean, and good service. Never had a problem.Shout out to Tiffany! She was patient and understanding when I fumbled over my order and my tap not working today. Thank you Tiffany :-)
I loved the hazelnut latte
I ordered Truffle nut latte and chai tea latte. Both were horrible. Truffle latte is bitter and no sweet. I will never go here again.
Disappointing level of service. Many customers received their drinks before us. Finally we realized they got the name wrong as we don't know anyone named what they put on our order
Wish there was an option for 0 stars. Worst Starbucks customer service I’ve ever had. Just got back from an international trip and It took me longer to get a drink at this Starbucks location than to go through immigration. The time wasn’t the only problem but the attitude from the cashier especially. Every single person that arrived after me got their drink before me as well as were called by their name to claim their drink.When I purchased my drink the cashier didn’t ask the size I wanted it - first mistake. Then, after asking him a couple of times If he had put my name on my drink I still was not called by my name and apparently my drink was sitting there for a while. However, If the supervisor would like see through the cameras he will confirm I was there the whole time. I didn’t go to the restroom, I wasn’t on the phone, no distractions, nothing. The person who ordered before me, Mr Michael got his drink and for his surprise, It wasn’t the way he asked for. He complained to the cashier as well because they put whip cream on top of the drink when he asked them not to and the cashier asked him If he wanted a refund.Guys, a refund for a $5 drink is nothing. The worst is the time wasted, my hour is not worth $10. I waited for 30 minutes and nothing. He offered me a refund with an attitude and I told him he wasn’t the one supposed to be frustrated over there. I deserved at least apologies. I left without the drink, after 30 min wait and with the refund and a horrible experience. I’m absolutely never getting a drink from that location ever again. That was absolutely unacceptable and unnecessary.

This is a great branch! I actually drive an extra 5 minutes to go to this one almost every morning because the staff is awesome! very good and very fast!
Very busy bit a hard working staff moved it along well
Wasn’t super busy yet there was a massive line waiting for their drinks thanks to no one on the staff actually calling out orders/names that were ready.
Slow, but nice. Ordered a coffee and bagel, but had to reorder bagel bc another customer took mine.
