I used a catering service for the 1st time in my life for a special family gathering. I did a thorough search, settled on St. Germain, & ordered a variety of food items, hoping to appeal to everyone in the group. All of the food was absolutely delicious, fresh, & plentiful - everyone raved about the dishes. It brought such pleasure to have everything delivered, set up, & ready to indulge in! Our dinner was delicious, the on-site caterer was excellent, and the company coordinator was easy and pleasant to work with. I changed the menu less than a week out, increased the number the night before, asked lots of questions, and Saint Germain was always accommodating.
I hired Saint Germain Catering for two business events this year and they did a remarkable job - flexible, professional and most importantly, delicious food! I will continue to use them for any catering needs!
Food was amazing! Everyone loved it and were very satisfied with the portions (as they were individually packaged meals). Also, I loved the fact that they even brought the ice buckets for the lemonade and iced tea! They had every detail covered and it was really, really good. This was my first catering with Saint Germain Catering and it was a great experience. 10/10
All staff were very helpful with answers to questions we had in placing our order. After we placed our order we realized that we really needed the help of a server and decided that someone from Saint Germain's staff would be best suited to do this. We also had to ask a neighbor to let the server in with our food, since we were at the event for which our house was the reception site. That worked VERY well and Marlene Ventura who was given this assignment could not have been more helpful, attentive and pleasant to work with. Please consider this business for your catering needs, we will certainly use them again.
Consistently delicious catered lunch boxes. We regularly use them to cater to our office and the variety and presentation is excellent. I can certainly recommend their fried chicken box along with the Somoma Shrimp with pasta box.
Saint Germain surpassed all expectations. Fantastic caterer, will definitely use again. We hired them to cater a half-day event for 120 people. With COVID constraints, we had to ensure servers for drinks and each food item be individually wrapped. They were absolute pros at it and the final product was perfection. Maria and Santos were prompt, courteous, and professional. They made the event go off without a hitch.
I was so impressed with the quality of food and its presentation at our birthday party for my husband. The guests commented on the tasty buffet items. The delivery was on target with instructions on keeping the food warm.
I hosted an early Thanksgiving this year with many family members in town. Saint Germain food was delicious, high quality and outstanding. Many said it was the best pumpkin pie they had ever had. The turkey, ham, sweet potatoes, etc. were fantastic. And I am so glad I did not cook this year. Instead, i could enjoy my family. We will be back for other events! Thanks to all who work here.
I reached out to St Germain for a pre-Thanksgiving dinner gathering and it took several attempts to reach them. When I did and provided the catering info for my event, it took another several attempts to get updates. When they did provide them they apologized saying they are 'busy'. If they are busy, they should not have agreed to look into my event date. I was left hanging and with no response and an exhaustion of always having to remind them to respond, and only one week left for my event, I called another caterer in Arlington VA who finalized everything with me within 1 hour (with St Germian it was a 3 week affair). St Germain reached out 2 business days prior to my event saying they're ready for my payment. When I told them about my bad experience and that I had proceeded with another caterer, they did not even have the courtesy to acknowledge their inefficient services and wasting my time for weeks, and instead said thank you for the update and have a good day. I'm sure their food may be great but beyond that, I think it is a disservice to women to advertise as a women led company and provide horrible services.
